We had a short stay at this beautiful property just a short 10 minute drive from the walled town, Concarneau.

The rooms are clean & comfortable. The gardens and swimming pool are the perfect setting for savouring wine & cheese, bought from the local market! 

The host is fantastic and provides a lovely breakfast with a cheery smile.

Completely unique

The privately run Manoir does not have many rooms, the owner has lovingly renovated and furnished the house by his own hand, although our room was small, the saloon, where breakfast was also served, is available to the guests at any time, in a refrigerator the guests can accommodate their drinks. Although you have to drive to the center of Concarneau, there are, at least in the post-season, enough parking spaces.

A welcoming home, lovingly furnished and designed

A very nice place just a few steps from Concarneau, in the quiet and shadow of a castle, in its old quarters. The simple and friendly reception, the infrastructure and the breakfast both frustrated us from staying there for only one night and gave us the urge to return. We benefited from the very recent open space, a small building turned into an independent couple's getaway, charming and very well equipped. A great memory even though we didn't have a great time to enjoy the superb swimming pool. Finally a memory of our pleasant morning conversation with our host during lunch. We look forward to returning.

Oh, that's great!

I bothered to call the mansion which says their pool is heated: the owner (she keeps the guest room with her son and daughter) announces 27 degrees (i.e. the temperature of a public pool). I then ask for the rate for 3 nights and she answers dryly that she does not make a particular price regardless of the length of stay. When we arrive at the place, the pool is 20 degrees!! The son admits that it rarely exceeds 24 degrees, but that he will warm up again. The next two days it was actually 23 degrees. In fact, they led the client by a lie, not a top: The room is straightforward but simple.

not in keeping with what is announced

In the small mansion of Keriolet we organized a memorable moment for 6 friends just after the lockdown. Unfortunately the health situation was complicated because all the restaurants and terraces were closed. Fortunately Laurent and Caroline were very available, they constantly supported us in our difficulties and allowed us to always find solutions.

It's a great moment.

bof bof, the cancellation conditions are pretty scary, 15 days in advance, impossible to cancel, cash on hand, stay canceled, 4 days in advance, due to covid (contact case), it sounds like a case of force majeure, isn't it?

A little bold,

Thanks to our hosts, Caroline and Laurent, we were able to spend one of the best weekends of the ascension. This is the perfect place to recharge and meet around the table with friends.(exceptionally pretended by our Covid forces Laurent to put us at ease and share his house to make it our place of life for 4 days. What to say about this place outside of time...let's take you through the history of its walls, the charm of its comfortable rooms and the neat decoration.

Enchanted parentess

After a difficult confinement, it was wonderful to be in this place with friends for a great weekend. Laurent's hospitality, the boss, is exceptional in kindness and attention. In the family, with his sister and mother, the hospitality and availability are great.

Hello, we were lucky enough to stay at the Pavilion as well as the Little Manor for a week, we were very well received, the owners of the place are charming and always taking little care to make us have a good stay. The breakfast is exceptionally rich and included in the room rate whether it is at the Pavilion or the Little Manor. The place is restful and pleasant to spend a moment in love by the pool! I highly recommend this place.
