Two days with the family in a rather spacious studio. It's simple but clean. The bathroom was new, the comfortable beds. Very well located, you can walk to the center of Corte in 10 minutes! (free parking outside the residences, one plus, because it's complicated to move around and park in Corte). The downside is the VMC ventilation THREE THREE BRUYANT, especially at night! A huge deaf noise, the climate was quiet next door. Difficult to sleep. The staff only told us that it was not possible to solve this problem.

Correct

We had a very bad experience and the customer service response by the manager/owner was even worse. 

We entered the room to a running toilet flush that needed fixing. They fixed it within 10min. Upon returning after the dinner the entire room was filled with the smell of feces / sewage from a seemingly dysfunctional toilet. 

Contacting the personnel did not provide a reaction. We had to leave all windows open and the bathroom was essentially not usable. 

When bringing this up during the checkout, instead of receiving an apology (or even a refund) we were then accused of making this up by the manager / owner. Her behaviour was neither professional nor customer friendly, or in any way fit for hospitality service. 

That being said, the junior assistant at reception was very friendly at all times. This review is solely targeted at the manager/owner.

Very unfriendly owner / manager and poor facilities

The location of the residence is good, the shaded and pleasant place, the convenient parking. The reception is not the best. Not all staff are courteous. Also. During the booking process we were asked to indicate, one day in advance, an arrival time zone offering the possibility of picking up the keys if there was a need beyond the closing of the 19:30 pm. So we did, aware that we could not reach the residence by that time. Only by booking forwarded with data and credit card reference, for which a card was not accepted on the spot but from which a 25% of the total expense was taken, whether they want it or not!!!), we were told that it was not really possible to post regularly until after the 19:30 pm closing, and that it would not be possible to replace the regular doors and fans beyond the 19:30 pm in the NEBRIA, and then we would not have any money left in the building, and in case of default, we would not be able to afford an impromptu payment.

Two nights in court

We stayed in this residence for two nights. The location, at the entrance of the road that runs along the Restonica, is excellent and allows to reach Corte in 10 minutes on foot. At the same time you can reach by car the routes that lead to the lac de Melu and the lac de Capitello. The residence has well-delimited parking spaces. The staff is extremely kind and available. One of the receptionists speaks fluently English (which is quite rare in Corte). The room (floored) was spacious and the beds were comfy. The residence provides the white (linzoola and towels).

To be improved.

Apartment on the way to the restaurant, spacious with a kitchen air conditioner and a bathroom with a spacious shower cabin, few things from bath to kitchen, take bath products fon and some products to clean, for the rest the quality of the room/price is fine.

Good room.

Except for the geographical location to take a walk around the lakes, this residence hotel has nothing for it. We paid a good price for an air-conditioned room: the air-conditioning didn't work and drops all night making a hell of a sound to sleep. All in a bunch of old people, with strange smells in the hall.

to avoid

We stayed in a clean and very spacious one-room apartment (with kitchen). A clean bathroom, but with a very strong discharge smell. The air conditioner was not working and instead there was a slightly noisy penguin. The structure is located on the road leading to the trekking of the mere and capital lakes. Considering that many stay here for trekking, breakfast begins too late.

Okay, but with some reservations.

Our room was very modern, generous and furnished with a large bathroom. Right next to our balcony was the small hotel pool. We had only about 10 minutes to walk to the city centre. The ideal accommodation for a night.

Very unpleasant patron (no commercial sense), old studio, the dishes were the same as my great-grandmother's with flies in them.

Let's start with the positive things: the location is good even though the road is very busy, the apartment was large, the kitchen utensils are there even if they are reduced to a minimum, hot water in large quantities and air conditioning working even if you can't adjust or it's on or off. The negative things: the apartment is old, the TV wasn't working, the towels were stained, the cover under the mattress and the pillow at the top of the bed were full of hair. The sink and shower were scrubbed, on the ceiling there were racks. The refrigerator was running low and there was not enough electricity.
