We love this place! Perfect for a first/ last night in France as very close to the tunnel. Very friendly hosts, great breakfast, very reasonably priced restaurant on site with a good choice of local food and burgers etc if preferred. Family room was amazing with balcony overlooking the ponies and goat and a separate dividing room for the children.

Great first night back in France

Great for an overnight stay, food tasty, room comfortable and well equipped, parking next to accommodation, about an hour from Dunkirk. 
Perhaps of help that our TomTom satnav had the location incorrect but Google maps was correct

Great value quality accommodation and restaurant

Located in the beautiful French countryside, this location provided us a memorable stay.  We had a very large room with a comfortable bed and a whirlpool bath tube.  Very modern.  The breakfast was superb.  We had dinner in the on-site restaurant, which we also enjoyed.  Plenty of free parking on site.  Our host did not speak English, but was very friendly and we had no trouble working it out.  Highly recommended.

Great Stay - Beautiful Location

We stayed here before and decided to come back here because Le Manoir de Brugnobois is the perfect place to stay. In our case only one evening. But the rooms are extremely comfortable, lots of space to walk our dog, charming owner, great supper and breakfast. And, very close to Calais, so prefect for us.

We always book into the Chambre d’hote when travelling between UK and Germany. It is ideally situated about 30- 35 minutes from Eurotunnel. We (and our dog) are always made very welcome, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is good. (The coffee is excellent!) The restaurant serves very good food in the evening at a reasonable price.

Ideally located, we keep coming back.

It's the 3rd time we've stayed here; previously we've used the chambre d'hotes but this time as we wanted 2 rooms we booked Gite no 2 for 2 nights. We had a warm welcome and the gite was perfect for the 3 of us- very clean, bed linen and towels included. We were offered secure parking for the motorbike. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant, just as good as previously. We plan to stay here again, there's plenty to see nearby that makes it worth staying more than just an overnight stop for the tunnel.

Our 3rd visit

We stayed just one night on our way back from Normandy to catch the ferry back the next day. Le manoir de Brugnobois is about 30 mins from the Calais Ferry Port. This is a super place to stay. Quiet, set in the countryside it just suited us completely. The hosts were really welcoming and went out of their way to understand our limited French. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be very well cooked and tasty. Our room (Charles room 3) was very large, with a separate WC and ensuite bath and shower room. The kingsize bed was very comfortable. The spacious parking area (I'm always concerned if the parking is tight that my car will get dinged but no chance of that here!) was just in front of the  bed and breakfast rooms building and at least 4 of the rooms are on the ground floor. Breakfast was included in the room price and was held in the same building as the B & B rooms. Continental style breakfast with super really fresh bread, croissants and cake. Waffles were freshly made and yummy. There was freshly squeezed orange juice, tea or coffee.Plus cheese, cold meats, eggs etc. Overall we felt so comforatble and welcome that we plan to return for a longer stay using the auberge as a base.

Welcoming comfortable auberge

We have stopped over at this chambres d' hote twice now during our visits to and from UK from our home in France and we will continue to do so.It is 30 minutes from the tunnel and I cannot stress the quality of the room and facilities: we have chosen the first floor room both times, and have been impressed by the space, the comfort of the bed and the super soft bedding, the terrace, view, sitting area, I could go on! We paid 90 euros for this luxury, which included a very satisfying breakfast, and our dog was also allowed to stay. The rooms are in a separate building surrounded by countryside and one can eat dinner in the farmhouse. After our second visit, we broke our journey at a very much inferior logis further south, and paid more for a small, hot, poorly decorated room... I wish we had stayed another night at the manoir instead! The owners are also very friendly and welcoming, I can't recommend it enough and look forward to returning.

Absolutely superb

The people who run this hotel/restaurant are very welcoming and its now like visiting family! The position is lovely-plenty of lawned areas, a little woodland at the back of the garden, surrounded by fields on the edge of a village. Parking is easy and you can park right outside the buildings. There are 5 rooms in the bungalow and this is where breakfast is served. And what a breakfast! Plenty of hot coffee, home made jams, crusty bread, croissants, sometimes boiled eggs, waffles, cheese, cold meats and yoghurts. I don't think anyone could find fault. Dogs are welcome and plenty of places to take them to have a walk. There are also two gites, one with one bedroom and one with two. We have stayed in the smaller one and its lovely. Everything is very clean and the beds are good for sleeping. Its so quiet there at night-you are not disturbed by traffic. Meals are taken in the lovely old manor house (real fire, beams, characterful) and the menu has something for everyone. There is a good wine list and beer is served too. I have no hesitation in recommending this place except that I worry it will get so popular we wont get a room next time.

We always stay here when passing through Northern France.

Friendly owner, the rooms are in a bungalow next to the main house. The rooms are large and comfortable with a large bathroom or bathroom and kitchenette,. An excellent breakfast of local produce included in price and served in the dining room in the bungalow. Dog friendly  and only a 30 minute drive from ferry terminal.  The evening meal was servedl in the main house next  door. It was of good quality and reasonably priced . For 60 euros for room and breakfast at this quality, hard to beat.
