We really enjoyed a warm welcome and Raphael's good advice to enhance our stay (visits, restaurants...). The comfortable, clean and very quiet room with a seal reminiscent of the charm of the reception spaces, full of history and refined period decor. We strongly recommend this place out of time to experience a privileged moment, become rare and enjoy without moderation, ideal to discover the soul of this beautiful city of Dinard. We will return with pleasure.

A lovely little villa

Every bit as romantic and idyllic as I was hoping. Gorgeous restored villa in belle epoch Dinard. 5 minutes from the beach and local shops, and 2 minutes from a bus stop.
Spotlessly clean, modern shower, INCREDIBLY comfortable bed (best bed and pillows my entire holiday!) and beautiful and thought French decor.
Raphael is a super gracious host. Full of excellent local recommendations, and highly attentive and responsive to the needs of guests. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Thank you again!

Idyllic holiday !

Large rooms, friendly staff, just in centertown of Dinard.  A dozen of restaurants at walking distance. 

The Bar and Breakfast area enjoy very peculiar wooden ceilings, from the golden age of "bains de mer" villas of end of nineteenth century. (Deauville, Biarritz and Dinard).

Excellent value!  Affordable price in an historical villa built in 1890 - 200 meters from Grand Plage

Lovely hotel, a ten minutes walk from the beach of Dinard. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they gave us some great restaurant suggestions. Loved the fact that the hotel is situated in a beautiful historical building. Always nice to stay in a place that has an interesting background. 

Our room was clean and spacious and the douche in the bathroom was brand new. Loved the fact that the cabin closed very well, no water on the floor after taking a shower! The view from our room wasn't much to speak off, but we both both very well.

Breakfast was very basic: no cooked options, only bread, packaged cheese, hard boiled egss, yoghurt and some jams. But for the price we payed for our stay, we could hardly complain about that.

During our stay we enjoyed having an aperitif outside in the front yard.

This hotel offers good value for money.

Value for money

A perfectly clean and pleasant hotel, with a soul, which is often lacking. A breakfast of 8 euros is much less than twice the price. We will return with pleasure.

Raphael will be your host and will book you a warm welcome, the house in its juice of the time has a lot of charm, the common areas are beautiful, the upper rooms are large and in the spirit of the house, the comfort is there, the cleanliness is there too; the bedding is of quality and the breakfast is good bread, growing jam butter, fruit, fruit juice........etc. Moreover, the hotel is ideally located to discover Dinard center.... Raphael can advise you usefully, he is the soul of this house and can invest himself full time to make his establishment live in a human size, and it is a more.

Nice charming hotel for a perfect stay

Hotel charming. Ideal location in the centre of Dinard, close to the Casino and good restaurants, as well as essential walks. A very good address for a romantic trip on the coast. We chose the upper room, high ceiling, marble fireplace and small balcony: the charm of the old one par excellence! The director welcomed us very well and was very warm throughout the stay. An address to recommend!
