A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Late check-in is possible from 16:00 to 21:00, upon prior agreement with the property owner only. In order to organise late check-in, guests must contact the property before arrival, on the day before arrival at the latest. Please note that the fifth and sixth guests will sleep in a sofa bed in the living room. Please note that prior to check-out guests must ensure: - The floors must be swept to remove all sand - The dishes must be washed and put away - The oven must be left clean if it has been used - The bins must be emptied
