We stayed here en route North and needed a shelter of calm from the French holiday roads. The room was beautiful, tastefully furnished, with every little extra you could possibly wish for and all spotlessly clean. The swimming pool was very welcoming after a long dusty drive. Breakfast was simply amazing with a full selection of local and delicious home made produce. Our host was extremely friendly and welcoming and couldn’t have made us more at home.
All in all a very enjoyable experience which I would thoroughly recommend.

Superb chambers d’hote

Although a little remote, this is what we were looking for as our typical French Farmhouse experience. Our hosts were lovely, Mary speaks excellent English so language no barrier. The room was tastefully french period furniture with you needed for your stay. Mary provided a lovely french cuisine dinner, beautifully prepared and presented. Breakfast was also lovely typical European continental with locally sourced and homemade goodies. Lovely pool available. Oh and the bonus, a puppy with lots of love to share.
It was mid June and no air-conditioning but as our host said "you wont need it, just leave the windows open, there are no mosquitoes and the fresh air is good for you", she was right, for the first time since my childhood I slept with the windows open with no security on the windows and I slept like a baby snug under the blankets :)

French Farmhouse, Fresh Air, Great Food and Great Company

Stayed for one night during a wedding and had booked a room for four.

The room was on the ground floor of one of the buildings and almost felt like a self contained flat, which was nice. 

Size of the room was great and parking is very easy on the grounds.

The room also benefited from an outdoor dining space with table and chairs.

All on all a pleasant stay, despite the slippery floor in the bathroom and a dead bee lying around in the main room.

Nice B & B

We were made to feel very welcome. The hostess spoke several languages and was very knowledgeable about the local area. The pool was clean and warm, lovely! We chose to have an evening meal which was home cooked and delicious. This b and b was very good value.

Huge room,  homemade food and helpful hostess.

Pleasant "chambre-d'hôtes" in Sologne. Large and comfortable room. Friendly welcome. The location is near the center of Sologne, with its woods, at 10 minutes from Aubigny, and less than one hour from Sully, Gien, Sancerre or Bourges.

A short, simple, but very enjoyable stay

We stayed here with family and sincerrely enjoyed this.
Nice swimming pool, great breakfast (more than complete) and a friendly hosting couple.
Rooms where extremely clean, compliments! Great place to 1-2 nights.
