Very pleasant stay and very good cooking.
Unless a credit card problem, the manager helped me to find a solution and my stay was finally OK.
The cookin, breakfast and dinner was really  very good.

Cold and noisy room. No additional blanket. Low light in the bathroom and blocked sink. Waked up at 9am by the hotel to tell me that the breakfast self service closed at 9.30 while the day before they said it 's open till 11am

Disappointing

This is motel style accommodation but with a homely touch.  Recently taken over by ‘The Originals’ chain, it has had a makeover, so the rooms are really simple but there’s a touch of style.  Clean and functional, and very convenient for the hospital.  I stayed 4 nights while I was visiting  a relative.  I was able to walk to the hospital and get a bus from there into Annecy, which is just lovely and has everything you might need.

I really loved the restaurant.  Breakfast was great with fresh patisserie, home made biscuits, fresh fruit, and farm yoghurt.  The evening meals are just like typical french home made meals.  I had a 3 course ‘plat du jour’ which was simple and delicious, generous portions and not expensive.

The hotel itself was really good value for money.

Good value & friendly staff

It’s not a fancy plush hotel it’s a basic one with doors that open on to a walkway no lift and a dining hall reception across a carpark but the welcome is warm the food good and the prices are good too !! If you are looking for a hotel with a nice friendly attitude where nothing is too much trouble then this is the place for you ! Tea and coffee making in each room is a bonus only problem is everything closes in the area Sunday afternoons so no dinner in the restaurant ...... luckily didn’t affect us as we didn’t stay Sunday but worth noting . 

Lovely staff 

The hotel is clean and the staff are nice. The restaurant is good for breakfast. I did not eat there for dinner. It was close to where I was working. The grounds are near a few highways but there is also a pretty walkway and bike path just outside the hotel for running or biking. If you have to stay in this area, it's a safe and clean choice.

Good little hotel. Nothing fancy but functional.

Don't expect too much luxury here, this is a typical French road-side place. However, it offers all you need. Small clean and functional rooms with passable beds. What I liked about this hotel was the exceptionally friendly staff.

If you are in transit (close to A41 motorway) or  have to visit the hospital nearby it is very handy.
Renovated rooms and clean.
Motel style accommodation.
Same price as 2 star hotels with lots more character in Annecy centre. 
Restaurant and reception needs updating. 
Breakfast buffet is fine if you don't stay too long.
Friendly staff. 

Functional and close to motorway 

We couldnt find a place in Annecy in mid august of course, so we found a room here which was fine as it's only 10-15 mins drive from the town centre, and has parking and is surrounded by green areas and good if you have a dog. the room was basic but spacious and bright, annoying the automatic light by the bathroom but other than that, can't complain. wifi worked well too and was free. Close to motorway so easy to get away if you are, like us, traveling through
