I arrived with my daughter and learned there was no record of my reservation even though I remember having to prepay online. As I never did receive any form of receipt confirming my payment/ reservation, I had no choice but to repay the owner because she said there was no record of a reservation and therefore no way she could have charged me. 
I was headed for a wedding with my daughter and just needed a place to set our bags so immediately complied with payment, only to find out on my return today that I was indeed charged twice. I do not believe it was intentional just that the owner perhaps did not have an organized system and did not bother to verify before insisting there was no possibility. 
Once payment was made, I asked whether she could help me book a taxi to the church less than 10 minutes drive away. She said no because the last time she tried to call the taxi company on behalf of a guest, no one responded. I asked whether I could perhaps compensate a guest on the property to drive me as everyone else had cars and this was a property for economical travelers so perhaps someone would be willing to drive 10 minutes for compensation. She appeared irritated and said no to everything and advised me to hitchhike which is what we ultimately did as the one Uber driver in this town on a Saturday afternoon kept cancelling on us. 
Our $125 room was a tin shed with no ventilation once door closed. Fine for us as we spent little time on the property but would've been too hot for someone spending more time there. 
The kitchenette had pots and pans but all my daughter needed was a glass for water and the owner advised us to go back to our room to find them. We ended up using her water pitcher as a cup as did not have courage to bother her again. 
There were little cobwebs everywhere, some with spiders, but that was expected (although I'd assumed exaggerated)  as I had read former reviews and it was afterall sort of a garden/farm. I did not find it a pretty nor charming place an amusing experience and our luggage was safe there. We left 5am so did not encounter the owner again.

Poor hospitality

Seeing this place that seemed bucolic to me and my friends...we decided to enter it...I personally looked at the map displayed outside...the prices seemed exorbitant...for example Coca at 6€ whereas elsewhere it's usually 3 to 4€ etc...we settled down...around us 3 couples were waiting...order passed...I abstained from drinking...at the time of the service there was a cup missing that one of my friends was eager to look for...concerning the slice of 6€ not even 1cm...the doubts that it was home...time...stores STUPÉFACTION...my mistress of these parties is passing with a CUPE of DENNES...I think you've been eating this cake for a while!

Tea room

We stopped in this tea room on our way back from the Abbey of Chaalis...so we should have continued to Senlis. Welcome, if you can call it welcomed, by the owner (?), an unpleasant woman who seemed to bother us. First contact uncomfortable but we were thirsty and it was really hot. We asked for a syrup but the owner didn't know what she had, so she brought us back everything she had, especially 10 bottles of syrup. The syrup we wanted, on the rose, had a yellow colour, from the deposit, future deposits that were walking in the bottle.

Running away

Hello, I really stay on the charm of this place that makes us feel a lot of good memories of the past..... we start by walking over the water that flows by cascade and then we arrive in front of the castle and admire this perfect symmetry, this huge staircase that makes us all dream when we think of the movies of the time or the history books. I'm lucky to have a more upscale room because the castle wasn't full and I appreciate this little attention that is no longer done in the hotel chains.

A timely stop is good.

A country spot and a natural and pleasant welcome like the map on offer. Very Parisian prices but understandable for a quality moment. Large margin of improvement on drinks.

A good reason to stop

We rented the cottage for 10 people to finish a quiet EVJF. We weren't disappointed! Everyone slept well, the bedding was top, the rooms were cozy and well-insulated. We just did a little dishwashing because no condition of the place is realized when arriving or leaving. So I guess some are confined to the household when leaving... The manager was understanding about our late arrival. We also enjoyed not leaving until 12:30 am. Thank you for everything and good continuation!

A resting night

My opinion is only about the guest table: the setting is charming and picturesque, we eat in the middle of the vegetation and chickens on small wooden tables, and the kitchen is excellent and homemade. The hospitality and service were appreciated. Truly a little pearl.

Very pleasant.

The exterior of the establishment is attractive.The reality is quite different. Both the tea room, the restaurant, the nursery and the dorm room so a little bit of everything and a lot of nothing.A garden bordered by a busy and very noisy road.

Inadequate benefit

The reception has already put you in the spotlight, a smile nonexistent, no questions about whether we made a good trip or where we came from. No presentation of places. Emergency cleanliness to review, unbearable bedding and more than laborious material quality, a poster asking us to take out our garbage. One towel per person, no shower gel, no dry hair, no bouillon, one roll of toilet paper started for 3 people!

It's time for a change in activity.

I made a trip tour from France. It was my lasting days on the contry. I travel for 6 hour to stay in this hotel and when i come what i found??? Nothing, nothing, nothing!!! 
The hotel was closed in a broad of daylight, and there ir no one to attend me. 
I had to stay in another hotel.
