The waitress who served us wasn't very smiling, the beer pin wasn't full, and my glass of Riesling wasn't full either. The meal was good and (too) copious. When we paid we were charged an extra menu... mixed advice after that first visit. 4 for the meal but 2-3 for the rest.

Mixed opinions

You have to make your reservation in advance because the restaurant is a victim of its success. It's very good and most of all very cozy. I have a good fork but the impossible to finish... the impeccable service, the very nice servers. Nice setting. I recommend!

That's great.

We have been looking for a hotel in a small village on the way home from Switzerland and came across La Table Alsacienne and we were attracted by the reviews of their restaurant. We arrived at the hotel at about 17.00 only to find the shutters down and all the doors locked. It was a really hot day and we were in real need of a cold beer but we were told by the neighbours opposite that the hotel would not be open until 18.00 and there was no bar in the village. We would have to drive out of the village to the commercial centre to get a drink! We returned at 18.00 and we were lucky enough to be able to park outside the hotel. There are just  2 parking spaces. If I remember rightly there is another space for a disabled driver. There is, however, a car park about 50 yards down the road so parking is not a problem. The room was very well appointed with everything you could need including a kettle which is very unusual in France. We ate at the hotel of course and the food was excellent. It obviously has a very good reputation as the restaurant was full of locals on a Wednesday night. That has to be the best recommendation. Breakfast was also very good.
The lady of the house was very friendly and helpful but not overly intrusive which is just what you want. All in all a good stay which would have got 5 stars had someone been there to greet us when we arrived.

Comfortable room on a hot night!

Very nice room, very clean!! Top bed, perfect wifi.... nice bright bathroom, superb shower....wheelers..separate toilets...good size room, desk corner. At the restaurant, very good dishes! Excellent service, I can only recommend this establishment.

Very good establishment

Restaurant next door. The decoration of the large room is banal, the attentive service. The mini pottage offered as an aperitif is a good idea. Local specialties dishes are quite expensive, dishes very (too) cozy, it would be better to reduce the quantities and give preference to quality. The queen's bouquets are well presented but the chicken does not compensate for the absence of the original recipe's quenels and calf rice. Shame.

It was my first time at this establishment Opening at 6 pm, it's quite surprising.. The reception is correct without more... A little commercial sense would be welcome.. Late arrival with key disposition: ok The room is correct, the meal is very good.

The evening stage

I spent one night in this establishment for a business trip and I was not disappointed. The room is large very clean the bathroom is large and separate WC. Not wanting to dine alone at a restaurant table I asked for room service. The dish was excellent made with fresh produce. I can't remember the name of its small local cinnamon. I ended up with a homemade chocolate foam on the recommendations of the employee and I wasn't disappointed. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is simple but efficient. The only drawback is an arrival at the hotel from 6pm which is not very convenient.

Nice man-sized hotel and excellent table

I've been travelling a lot for work and I have to admit that this place is of good quality! Very good bed, quiet, beautiful decoration.

We were here for lunch. You have to bring some time with you because everything is freshly prepared. The map is very French regional. The location is central to the village, it's worth a visit! Further recommendation: YES!

It's delicious!

Having stayed in many hotels around Europe, you start to get a feel for what a good hotel is versus a bad one. This is good...in fact very good. The rooms are modern,clean and spacious and it is evident that the family put a lot of effort in to make this a success. The town is small and has little entertainment in the evening but if you are just looking for somewhere to stay then this hotel is hard to beat.
