Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a security deposit is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon departure and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The security deposit amounts are as follows: All holiday homes with an occupancy of 2 adults: EUR 600 Standard Holiday Home (4 adults): EUR 600 All holiday homes with an occupancy of 4 adults, excluding Standard Holiday Home (4 adults): EUR 800 Two-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool: EUR 1000 Three-Bedroom Villa with Spa: EUR 1500. For guests staying in any of the Holiday Homes, please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them from the property for the following prices: - 2 people: EUR 55 per week - 3 people: EUR 75 per week - 4 people: EUR 100 per week Please note that guests staying for longer than 1 week must buy a new linen set each week.
