The Chateau is charming and beautifully appointed with excellent amenities. Property also has historical significance going all the way back to WW I. Proprietor was accommodating and charming. Unique European experience. Highly recommend.

Historic French Countryside Chateau

Fabulous Chateau beautifully decorated and furnished in Art Deco style. Jannick, our hostess, was charming and very welcoming.  Our room was excellent with a large comfortable bed, a sofa and armchair and tasteful ornaments.  Far removed from the usual Hotel bedroom!!  The tray supper was excellent and dining on the roof terrace in the setting sun with a view of the gardens  made it different and romantic.  A great French breakfast too with local breads and croissants and home-made jams.  Highly recommend Le Chateau as a very special place to stay.

Amazing place to stay

Wow! What a magnificent place. The decor brings the best of the past into the present with fresh contemporary style. Owner Jannick is charming and elegant (the embodiment of French style). After a day of driving to the Canadian war memorials and military graveyards, relaxing in front of the fireplace with a dinner tray was the perfect way to enjoy this stunning home. Breakfast was also delicious. A very memorable and lovely place to stay.

Stylish and grand

My husband and I stayed here on the first night of our 2 week holiday to Switzerland 
It is exactly 1 hour 15 mins from the Eurotunnel and so convenient for onward travelling 
Le Chateau is a very special place run by the very charming Jannick
Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely lady who runs her home with such style and elegance 
We could have stayed here for the whole of our 2 week holiday...but sadly only had one night
Our room was lovely with so many extra touches for travellers and their comfort
We absolutely loved our tray meal brought to us in the evening which we ate on the upstairs terrace
The most lovely food..beautifully presented!
It is not cheap to stay here but for us worth every penny...it was really beautiful 
We highly recommend Le Chateau and thank you Jannick for a memorable stay

Wonderful chateau and special place to stay

We were a party of 6 and we stayed for two nights at Le Chateau whilst visiting the WW1 sites. What a lovely place to stay, Le Chateau has been renovated to a high standard and the rooms were light and overlook the delightful gardens. Jannick made us feel so welcome and the home made breakfast was truly excellent. We will certainly return.

Super Chateau

Really, we can't say enough good things about our stay at the Chateau. We loved everything about this place, from the moment we drove up. The grounds are lovely, and you will wake up to the sound of birds singing in the trees outside your window. Our room was spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated; it had everything we needed, including a comfortable sitting area with a view of the garden. Breakfast was out of this world, with fresh-baked croissants that melted in our mouths, home-made jam, and charcuterie items. Owner Jannick is very hospitable without being intrusive. The Chateau is conveniently located for visiting First World War sites, including Vimy Ridge. The are no restaurants in the village, so for an evening meal you may want to drive to nearby Arras. If you would like to have a dinner tray, be sure to notify Jannick in advance. Wish we had stayed for another couple of nights. We loved it and hope to return.
