It's a quiet residence. Few people at the pool which is nice and clean. Transats to relax when you come without children of course... Odalys has no more than one apartment where we were. The rest is directly owned. It's a two-room. Large enough with two children 5 and 2 years old. It's possible to make air currents because double expo. Terrace and garden nice. A little old but proper equipment. Ideally located for beaches and walks in the vicinity.

Residence in peace

The house is well located, on the edge of St Tropez, clean and bright with a very nice little garden. The unheated pool is a bit cold at the beginning of the season, but clean as well, only the trays could be changed. The receptionist is listening to your expectations and very helpful. We met the residents who live there all year round, it was nice to discover the area with their visitor reviews. The black spots: the paid wifi, the extra TV, the windows that open with difficulty.

It's a nice place.

We had rented an apartment in this residence for two weeks with a swimming pool. We were absolutely disgusted by the unsanitary walls and stairs leading to our apartment. The pool's floodgates were black with dirt and dead leaves and completely clogged. There were no umbrellas in the pool. Dead leaves piled up around the pool.

Exceptional but unsanitary location of the pool and common place

The exterior of the building has little to do with the description. Poorly maintained and the houses unappetizingly covered with greenery. The immediate proximity to the main traffic road to St. Tropez makes the apartments on the street almost uninhabitable. However, the staff are kind and helpful. After a day we are relocated to a neighbouring building - for an extra price.

Exchanging pure

There is only one argument for this facility: the centre of St. Tropez can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and is close to the beaches of Pampelonne (about 4 KM). The holiday home was formally fully equipped (e.g. washing machine and washing machine), but not particularly clean, very, very worn out (put away cleaning inside and outside, improvised mattresses, kitchen lines; shower without shower tank, etc.) and housed and simply too expensive (about €250 per day).
