Appartments are spacious and clean. We got a triplex chalet hosting 10 people and we've been really confortable. Heating is more than enough. Not luxurious, but far more than decent and well equipped.
Reception are very courteous and willing to deal with issues.
We could not get internet due to the distance of our appartment to the router, and that is something that can be easily fixed. I hope they will fix it in the future, we are all hoked into the net now.
Swimming pool was very nice and the views where breathtaking. To top it, there is a nice jacuzzi too, that gets very busy in the evening, but worth it.
My thanks to Clementine, who was not only helpful, but really caring.

These apartments are in a fantastic location a mile from the summit of Perysourdes so great for cycling and hiking BUT beware if you are British there are a couple of things you may need to bear in mind.  First, the apartments are pretty well equipped but you need to bring your own towels or hire them.  Ditto tea towels.  And, you have to clean the apartment before you leave to leave it in the same condition as you found it - all before the check out time of 10 am.  Fine if you're expecting to do so - apparently not uncommon in France, but we had to go and buy cleaning materials etc and it wasn't really how we anticipated ending our holiday.  Clearing up yes, mopping floors, perhaps not!   I'd echo the comments of another reviewer, we bought WIFI but it wasn't actually available in our apartment and when we were checking out and asked for a refund we were told that we had to prove that it we didn't have it and then told it was because we hadn't turned the modem on.  We weren't aware there was one (still not convinced there was actually)  and we hadn't been told that despite having been given quite detailed instructions about the WIFI.   The staff at check out were pretty rude (see above).  The woman who checked us in (Isabelle) was excellent.    This is a fairly typical ski resort development, apartments packed in and apparently accommodating more people than one might think.  That's fine in Summer because it's not crowded but the one night we did have people above us it was very noisy, not because they were excessively, but just because they were moving around etc late at night and the sound proofing is terrible.
