I spent one night (August 12 to 13 ), in a pleasant place I was received by the owners, who are very welcoming to the customers, and with whom I had interesting conversations I recommend this charming residence

Charming.

Everything is very nice in this charming guesthouse, from the reception to the decor to the pool. Very large and very nicely decorated room. Flawless bathroom. Ultra-comfortable bunk bed. Perfect breakfast, with local produce and good coffee (filter) served in superb cups (made by local artisans too, I believe). Used to give their advice, the owners take the lead and generously reflect on the right local addresses. We followed their advice from restaurants and were not disappointed. The pool is obviously a big plus. It's not huge but it's enough for everyone, and the spaces and chairs are super pleasant, from the pool to the garage and the big bicycles to the parking lot.

It's a great stay.

Looking for a nice place with charm accompanied by a warm welcome and well the Damerauds c is the top. The room is nice and breakfast is very nice too. What I particularly liked is that I came for work and after the day we might feel a little lonely. Well no, Mr and I Stephan are present, very welcoming and answering all the questions you may have. In the evening not wanting to go to the restaurant, I was able to eat in the dining room with the possibility of using the microwave and the dishwasher.

A real pleasure.

A beautiful house that invites us to the trip with themed rooms, decorated with great taste, caring guests, a generous breakfast and served in the fairies Gien... wow... we had a very good family stay!

A family home of a lovely wedding.They make you feel at home.We got a room in the buhardilla and the truth that it was very comfortable.The breakfast was very complete.The walk to the center is not long.Repetition is safe.

Welcome as friends, invitation to enjoy the cuisine, cherries and the fragrance of beautiful roses. The guests are charming and caring. The room on the top floor invites you to travel to Africa;-)

It's a nice address

Arrived around 8pm for a business trip. The guests are very caring and very cautious. The rooms are spacious and with all the comfort and small attention (mineral water, dry hair, TV,....). The park is beautiful and very well maintained (sorry the season does not allow to fully enjoy it). Located in the center you feel in the countryside. For the little dej everything is there (sweet and salty) of the apple cooked with shell eggs. The decoration is original (personally I did not expect to find myself in Gien in a safari atmosphere :)) and it is very clean. An extra room for the laundry and toilets of very good manufacture served. Let's go:)

All right, all right.

We stayed just one night and arrived early afternoon from Germany. We were welcomed with plenty of cool drinks of water, though other beverages were offered! After a pleasant talk with some advice from the owners about the area and where we could eat, we were shown our room. If you have the very top room, make sure you remember the way too it, as at night it can be difficult to find!
The owners are an architect and interior designer and they have made the most out of the old building with modern and tasteful decorations, some with a little 'funk'. There is also a lovely well maintained garden around the house complete with a pool
A wonderful breakfast was served in the garden under a canopy where we met the other guests.
It made a lovely start to out Loire Valley tour.

Super small hotel with lovely hosts

We were welcomed into a beautiful home by a very friendly and hospitable couple of owners. The exterior of the house has a great performance but the interior is no less attractive.... All the decoration is made with a certain taste with a mix of old and contemporary. Our room was for us a great change of scenery, we found ourselves in a Tanzanian lounge... Great cleanliness everywhere and functional equipment, calm. Beautiful room, small bathroom but convenient, everything was there! Breakfast is simple but good and tasty: Viennese-confectionery-variety-fruit-cheese-bread-nuts of the garden. Beautiful garden very well-treed. We obsess about this charitable establishment where the owners are highly recommended.

What a wonderful discovery

This charming, quietly situated period house is about 10 minutes’ walk from the river, town centre and restaurants. Our hosts were very welcoming. The house is beautifully restored and decorated. Our lovely room had two windows looking onto the garden, which has a swimming pool and terrace for guests in fine weather. There was plenty of cupboard/drawer space, the wifi worked well and the bathroom had a window too. The continental breakfasts, including bread, butter and homemade jam, fruit, good coffee and fruit juice, are served in a room overlooking the garden. Thoroughly recommended.
