Stayed here at end of cycling tour on our way to Bordeaux airport. Arrived to find reception unmanned and the wall mounted check in machine which dispensed keys not working. Had to wait over an hour to get in . Aided by another French speaking guest who phoned for assistance. Room with kettle great . Cool . Air conditioning. Sad about the difficult check in . Staff friendly and helpful.
