L'univers

Quite basic but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and do their utmost if your french is not as good as it could be. In a great location with formidable views at the front, there's good parking just outside. The small bar seems to now be the only one open in the vicinity, so it's nice to share it with a few locals. There's a small restaurant but it's definately probably best to check when it's open before you arrive. Breakfast @ 6e is great! We loved L'univers and Grand Fort Phillipe and would definitely go again. Oh, bye the bye, google says there are quite a few restaurants, bars and hotels within a few minutes walk. That would seem to be true as you can see many of them from the hotel. You do, however, have to have the ability to fly or walk on water as the river is between you and them and it's a 5/6 km drive to get round to them.....
