We've been coming regularly for several years. We appreciate the calm, the comfort, the view and the geography. Very spacious, comfortable studio with real kitchen and very nice terrace. Our friends dogs are appreciated!

Beautiful view without screws, very spacious studio well placed

Stayed last September. Very well located in the centre of Greoux but quiet to rest. Ideal to radiate in this beautiful area. Advice and information from the manager who knows the area well, plus.

Very well located and very quiet

Very spacious apartment (large apartments for 4 people) cool, pleasant during high heat (ventilo). Quiet and close to the shops with a good atmosphere and garden in the centre. Good equipment, good bedding and nice terraces for dinner at the end of the evening. View of the hills of Gréoux and Chapelle.

Pleasant family stay

Very good stay in June. Ideal location to do everything on foot, quiet in the garden. Spacious and comfortable apartment with all the necessary views. Good reception and courtesy of the listening staff. good quality ratio price.

Good Place and Peace with JARDEN

Owner available and available, very clean apartment with plates, oven, microwave, boiler, refrigerator and freezer.Free wifi available under the owner's terrace.You are 1minute from the city centre (shops and restaurants) to the castle, spas, market on Thursdays.Automatic laundry right next door.True good central starting point for visiting the verdon, the Provence, the windmill, the Drôme among others.

Nice, vintage apartment near the city centre

It is located in a quiet area near the city centre. When we arrived, the house was not cleaned, there were no small electrical appliances. The house would need a little refreshment. The bedding was of good quality but the furniture is of a different age, a dishwasher and a washing machine would be nice. I would recommend this house after a few renovations because it is not up to the standard of accommodation you expect to have on vacation.

3 weeks at a time

We spent 2 weeks at the Residencelast summer in july  where we were very warmly welcomed
by the owner a lady. She gave us all the information to visit the very interesting places near
Greoux.
The appartment had a very nice view, was very quiet even if right in the center, near all shops
and  the  nice open  market !  The place was nicely furnished and very spacious for a studio.
It also had  a nice terrace where we could take the sun. The internet was fast and free.

We recommend it ! good price and nice place !

Nice location and spacious confortable appartment

We spent three weeks in this holiday location in August 2012. 
Positive: the situation near the (small) city center; quiet.
Negative: wi-fi was promised. We checked when arriving,  but we got not any signal in the appartment. To have it, we were invited to go to the owner's garden... When we said we did not agree to pay the full price, the owner's daughter told us to "get out". Finally we agreed upon a small discount. But we had expected an other welcome.
Surface mentioned in the contract: 55 m2. We measured very precisely 40.2 m2!
The owner refused to give us a bill at the end.
Less important was the old fashioned furniture and poor kitchen equipment (no pressure cooker, mixer, kitchen knives,...).
Finally, very expensive for what was offered. It's a pity for the good potential. 
After coming home, we wrote to the french anti-fraud administration, who confirmed "administrative consequences".
