We stopped for one night on route to southern Spain the owners were very welcoming and friendly, our room excelled our expectations by quite a margin, breakfast was served in a lovely room and was superb, if you want somewhere quiet to chill out then this is the place for you Quiet and out of the way just put the GPS coordinates into your sat-nav and it takes you straight to the front door, we were just sorry we had to move on thank you very much Jean Marie.

Perfection

Stayed 1 night on way back to UK.  Friendly greeting, lovely room overlooking pool. Owner booked us a table at nearby restaurant for that evening. Next morning a lovely breakfast of warm croissants, bread, delicious cake, jams & yoghurt. Freshly squeezed juice & coffee. Would definitely stay here again 5*

Super hosts, excellent home cooked breakfast, spotlessly clean room, very comfortable bed.  We would definitely recommend Villa Carcajou.  Lovely location and close enough for all our needs. We will be back....

Exceptional!!

Where do I start?  Villa Carcajou is a beautiful house in the middle of lovely countryside, with an exceptional host, Jean-Marie.  Our room was large, with views over the pool on one side and the countryside on the other, with lovely furniture and a very large comfortable bed.  And breakfast - super coffee and croissants, but the piece de resistance were the lightest brioche and slices of lemon cake made by our host.  We could not have asked for more - except perhaps another night at Villa Carcajou!

Outstanding!

What can I say about this little B and B. Stunning! Lovely decor, great pool but the best bit the host. Jean Marea is a top guy and his service is outstanding. Very friendly welcome, free drinks by the pool, use of his private kitchen, bbq, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast by the pool was beautiful. We will be coming back, a fab place in the quite French countryside.
