Magnificent location, all on site restos beach and swimming pool even pizza to take a few meters our host, Christelle Tournier was extremely friendly boats leave every hour to Saint Tropez and the Marines are 20 minutes' walk from Port Grimaud

Complicated to make an idea seeing the divergent reviews on the spot for 15 days in July 2020 residence tres correct in proper reception tres pleasant and clean,parking private tres rare,pool tres clean without grass as an announcement and lit up at night,facade coast sea demands a charge,it will be done soon after the owner super stay

Very good.

A swimming pool that is the asset of the residence but that is not maintained. Sand at the bottom for 5 days, back of the clogged water etc... beach of the swimming pool unherbed. useless guard spending his time drinking beer without paying attention to the proper application of the rules!

Room pool and unmaintained

We booked a sea view apartment in November 2018 with mega terrace!!!!.....we stayed in the residence in June 2019 (for two nights in 7 girls), we found ourselves with a sea view apartment, but small terrace (and the owner's excuse was...is occupied by the one you booked)....but warn us first since there was all the time!!!?!!...maybe we would have decided whether to continue to stay in the structure or change.... second point inactive pool, dirty and abandoned.

Well situated in the middle of the Gulf of Saint Tropez, affordable compared to the Gulf of Saint Tropez, but poorly maintained...perfect for families, secure, sea shuttles to go to St Maxime or st too....

Family hotel

Very good location of the site. 3 minutes by car from St Tropez, 5 minutes on foot from the beach and the port of Cogolin and 5 minutes by car from the shops.

Very good location

I have known this residence for a very long time. We were lucky enough to have a clean apartment! Big work has been done during our stay, so we have benefited from terrible noises, dust and smells. I think this kind of thing is not done out of season! It is possible to benefit from the pool, no trades they are tied by the owners with locks......I have to take a photo. the residence is badly maintained in general....we knew it in 1993 we have nothing more to see

Quiet, secure residence, private parking, cozy little apartment, five-minute walk to the beach, very well-maintained and beautiful swimming pool, ideal for a short stay with lovers or even family

Stay at the weekend

We were in this village in August 2016. It has a private back parking lot that is very comfortable at least the car keeps it inside. The structure is surrounded by a fence accessible only through a badge that all the people in the village have. The beach is immediately after the village, very close. The sea is cold, the sand is kind of dark, not end like the best Italian. The apartment is small, without air conditioner, but it didn't work because it's nice. The structure is in decline, I think when it was built years ago it may have been a nice place in vogue but now it's very much left to think about, and you'll think about where it was. The evening is very cold, so for families with younger children that it's good to go, but I can't spend two weeks with them... It's been a long trip to the city centre, but we didn't like it.

2 weeks in August - disappointing

We were with my family (I Argentinian and they French) for a week.We were consulting about the changes that had taken place in the administration of the complex, we left with some fear, but we found ourselves with a beautiful apartment (owner Mrs. Babeth Sepanski) and in a very favorable environment.Hermosa pool, well-groomed gardens and quite a lot of cleanliness in general, although the surroundings left much to be desired. The cesped was not cut, many antlers, and many security gates with safety codes that were always open.Another thing to criticize is the lack of rest in the area of the pile.In general, I recommend it, but OJO, to consult well on the location of the apartment that they are going to rent, because some seem to be in very bad condition.
