When we called to book a few nights, the owner told us that she would take away 100 euros from the price of our stay if we paid in kind when we arrived. When we arrived at 8:30 we gave her the agreed amount by phone and there she demanded the extra 100 euros from us! It was 8:30 and we could not do anything but give her a child, we couldn't find another accommodation for a few nights. So she made us pay the fare without having to sign a document, no full rental agreement or any other. She also told us that she was waiting for an exception by accepting our son (in the chainsaw bed we were bringing) because it didn't happen to her in the way of the children's dressing room. We arrived at 20:30 but she didn't have to call us back when the owner came to the door, but when she had to make a very pleasant call, she did not ask us to come back, but the owner did not ask us to do anything, so it was very convenient.

Disappointing

The house is very functional and perfectly clean, the setting is very nice, the terrace is very nice and the garden is very nice, Françoise has an exceptional sense of service, the reception is excellent.

It's a lovely place.

We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Following changes in plans (these are things that happen) - we contacted Madame Guillaud 5 days before our arrival to see if she could find guests to take our children's room as well as the second night.

Room canceled 36 hours before we arrived.

A positive note: it's very well connected, halfway between grimaud and port grimaud, very quiet and a very nice environment with a large garden, very friendly franchise, clean rooms, wifi, parking space inside the accommodation, breakfasts on the terraces of your room. The worst thing in my opinion is that the bathroom had no gel or shampoo. In addition, the bathroom has no door, which leaves you much intimacy. Don't clean the room, which is common in this type of accommodation. The accommodation is on a dirt road but is the first house on the right. We recommend it for those who travel by motorbike like us, the garden is of gravilla, but it's spacious. Recommended and we'll consider returning there for our next trip to the area.

We went down to the south and booked at the last minute, and we had a great WE. Françoise and Alain are wonderful people, a perfect welcome, a perfect accommodation, a very pleasant breakfast served on the sun terrace.

We are currently staying in the n*1 room of the villa Alizé for 7 nights and we enjoyed it. Françoise's reception is very warm. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and have everything necessary (hair dryer, refrigerator, wifi, storage...).

I 'll recommend it without hesitation.

The place is close to the village of Grimaud near the road to St. Maxime. Friendly accommodation and impeccable service. The rooms, all air conditioned, are very clean and spacious. The bathrooms offer everything necessary. Indoor parking and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge.

A few days at Grimaud

Located a few hundred meters from Grimaud village and a few kilometers from St. Tropez, Villa Alize offers calm and tranquility. On arrival we are welcomed by the owner, very kind. The car and motorcycles are inside the gate (always closed) and therefore in total safety. The rooms are essential but well furnished and clean. The breakfast is super and the quality of sleep is excellent.
