Michel is a great host and can tell a lot. At breakfast, which is honest and good, you can talk well. The room and bathroom are large, the air conditioning is working well. The B&B is quite central. In a few minutes you are at the train station, at the Place de Comedie and thus in the centre of Montpellier. The only wormhole: a little light when the roommates come home late at night.

Good B&B in the middle of Montpellier

A hotel room near the train station and the city centre, simple and comfortable, friendly breakfast, 2 steps from our little girl, everything is fine!

There's a hotel room near everything!

This property exceeded my expectations. It is very convenient, being 2 blocks from the train station (if you exit the back way), there is a good boulangerie and even better charcuterie another block on, if you want to skip the restaurant scene. The old town is close by, being another few blocks beyond the from side of the train station. My room was furnished very nicely, with a large bed, comforter, lots of pillows, and nice artwork. Really a great room - I would be comfortable staying there for an extended period of time. The full bath was very nice with strong water pressure in the full length shower and a working heated towel rack. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast was a decent continental. Best of all the property had a beautiful garden out back where one can sit outside, contemplate the greenery, and access the wifi. Owner Michel is friendly and helpful.

Wonderful little place

The host is very kind and helpful, the breakfast was personally prepared by him - especially the homemade jam was delicious. The small hotel is very comfortable and family friendly - I felt very comfortable! The room was clean and large enough, well equipped with air conditioning, foam and care products. The bed was very comfortable. It was also great that water was always in the fridge for the guests. The location of the hotel was perfect - very close to the train station and still quiet. The old town is still easily accessible on foot. The only thing that no credit card payment was possible was impractical. Something about cash or direct debit was only possible.

Nice hotel in top location

Nice experience for a family weekend, the place is charming, very clean and very well situated (close to the centre, 500m from St Roch station) The host is welcoming, very friendly.

Comfortable and warm

2nd stop of our journey, and an excellent address, Thank you to Michel for his welcome to his beautiful house, in the centre of Montpellier, where we were able to walk the streets of the old town, not to be overlooked detail, the possibility of the garage allowed us to stay calm throughout our short stay!

Holidays

... the sheets. They felt dirty and even greasy. Just had to try to not think about them because they felt so awful. 
Michel was delightful and helpful. 
Great location in the old part of Montpellier. Decent breakfast. 

All good except ...

The B&B is a very short walk from the train station. From upstairs, you need to exit at the back of the train station. There is a small balcony with an elevator, the street you see from the balcony is the street you need to walk down. The B&B is very well presented and the host, Michel is extremely friendly & helpful. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and quite spacious, beds were very good. Bathroom also very clean and a reasonable size with good water flow. Breakfast was in the kitchen at a large table, here you get to meet other guests. Breakfast was good and was served by Michel. There kitchen & facilities can also be used by guests, which was great if you wanted tea or coffee or to eat in. All attractions were very easy to get to from here, Michel provides you with a reasonable map (many B&B's did not provide maps) and highlights main attractions. Overall a very good stay with a great host. Would definitely go back to this B&B.

Great B&B with a very nice host

We only stayed one night but It was perfect.  2 mins walk to the station the B&B is a beautiful building with lovely gardens.  The host was very friendly and helpful.  Very nice breakfast.
 Wish we stayed longer!

Stunning B&B close to the train station

I stayed for five nights during a work trip. The room was beautiful and clean and the owner was very kind and friendly and helped me with any information I needed. He booked me a reservation at a nice restaurant nearby, called Le Ban des Gourmands and also booked a taxi for when I had to leave.
