A large, comfortable bed, shower with water that takes a bit of time to warm up but not too awkward. Given the location, the price is right. Very warm and personal accommodation arranged.

Well, but no more.

We were welcomed with a smile. The facade is not really top-notch. The rooms are simple but clean. Badly sounded especially on the street side. The shower room is clean, just a curtain for the small shower basin.

Close to the Arceaux

My company chose this hotel because it is very close to the medical school and 10 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, really convenient in addition there is a parking space at 5 minutes and a super price for the 24 hours of parking 8 euros instead of 18 when you sleep at the hotel. very friendly reception, dedicated staff for the client the small plus in the bathroom, small but very clean, there was toothbrush and toothpaste as a welcome product offered and on demand one can have a razor too. 60 euros the price of the room even if the one I had was small with small lunch offered it is really not very expensive for a hotel at 10 in the night life of the 7th city of France...

7 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, very affordable, smiling and dedicated service

It's a quiet hotel with good Wi-Fi, the room is clean and the bathroom is clean. The decoration of the room is minimalist with cozy keys, lamps, the massive wooden table. The staff is smiling and friendly. (and patient). A terrace that fills the smokers. The parking lot is a parking lot with which the hotel has a contract, and even though it's close, it's not next door. My first night the boiler often went off and I heard the sound of the water for 20 minutes, but I signaled it and the next night, no boiler noise. The staff is attentive, commercial, they offered me coffee and the increasing gesture.

short stay

I had a very nice stay in this hotel where I stayed during 2 nights.
The hotel is conveniently located near by the line 1 of the tramway in a quiet place.
The rooms are simple but clean and even though I was a little cold, the sheets and plaids did compensate.
The staff was more than friendly and always willing to help. I received a warm welcoming from day 1 to day 3.
I recommand this place for an average budget.

Hotel sympa

Close enough to walk to the center, clean room and friendly and available staff; discreet breakfast; possibility of parking the bike indoors but not indoors. Good for a short city tour.

We stayed a couple of nights and found the accommodation and hospitality very favourable. Good value for money for those on a budget. Comfortable room, and a continental breakfast is available on request. 
The hotel is well-served by public transport such as the trams. Also we were only walking-distance from the botanical gardens and the cathedral. It is situated in a vibrant university town with lots of bars and restaurants, theatres and the beaches are within easy public transport. 
We found this hotel to be very convenient for a short stay within reach of the cathedral and historic sites as well as the modern bustle.

Not very engaging from the outside but very warm and efficient reception when you needed information, close to the centre and a nice room and a very good breakfast

We had read some negative reviews about the place, but it turned out to be nice and convenient to visit the city. The room was delivered to us in advance and was spacious and equipped with everything necessary. The means to the center are close and if you want it you can reach it on foot. We had some misunderstanding about the preparation of breakfast, but it was very plentiful, fresh. It was available even without gluten and this is an added value!

Positive surprise

(+) The Hotel has a good location for those, who have business to do at the University, otherwise it is quite far from the city center. Our room and bed were relatively big. The receptionists are friendly and do not have problems to keep your food in a fridge for some time. Wifi signal is good enough. Chilling area is pretty cozy.   

(-) It is very noisy in the morning because of car honking and construction work close by. It is not possible to sleep with closed windows because the rooms are not equipped with air condition. It is very hot in the rooms during day time in summer... The curtains do not protect the shower and after taking it is like a flood in the bathroom.
