We booked this hotel for 4 nights. It is located perfectly in Porto Marina. We had a room on the first stock (there is an elevator). All rooms have a nice balcony with beautiful view over the mountains, cliffs and sea, just gorgeous. 
Personnel is friendly. 
Room is good; shower with sufficient power, separate toilet, great and silent airco and great bed.
Only downside is the very bad WiFi connection on the room. 
 Parking is public in front of the hotel. At the moment it was free, but there working paying machines (not working currently).

Great hotel

Stayed one night. The hotel is well located and reasonably quiet. 
Twenty steps to get to the lobby (no elevator); difficult with heavy luggage.
The hotel is dated and could use some renovation. Clean, reasonably spacious room. Amenities included a mini-fridge; no electric kettle.
Comfortable bed and pillows. Desk area with multiple power outlets.
Bathroom with everything in working order.  Good water pressure in the shower.
Ok breakfast. Would have liked a better selection of fresh fruit (they had oranges only) and cheese.
As other reviews have pointed out, the Wifi was so slow that it was essentially unusable - could barely check email, but couldn't browse.

second time in this hotel, clean and nice view and close to the small bay and rocks. Just too expensive breakfast , considering that is completely performed by buffet, no employees involved, no fresh orange juice , nor homemade scarmbled eggs or omeletttes. With this small change, breakfast price would be justified and hotel style and elegance, a step up immediately.

Nice view and location , expensive breakfast

Our motorcycle tour group stayed here - great views. Breakfast was good, but the self-serve area was too crowded. Moto parking space secure but limited in size to about 6 bikes.  WiFi was slow and kept dropping out.

Great location with views, but very poor WiFi

Porto is the best place i have been in Corsica. We travelled on all the island, but this place is quite magic. The hotel "les flots bleus" helped to get this magic working, because it is a very well managed hotel, the staff is very friendly and even if the hotel is old, you can see that the staff is taking care of it. Rooms are renovated, paint is done often, then, you do not feel in an old building. I would like to go back in this place in the future, I felt so peaceful in this hotel, looking at the sea and enjoying the sunset from my room. Porto is very small and the access is not easy, in summer it is probably too busy and it kills the magic, you should go there in September or even October, like I did.

Cute hotel, in front of the sea, I loved the place

Porto is a tiny port town nestled in a narrow valley, watched over by a Genoese tower. All of the rooms face the water and provide views of spectacular sunsets. The rooms are basic, modern and clean. Breakfast is simple, but with the same outstanding views.

Five Star Views

Overall this hotel is in a great location for walking trips, very busy area when we were there. Parking can be a bit tricky, but driving around for a few minutes you will get somewhere. Staff are nice. Rooms small but comfortable, WiFi is very poor.. it should be addressed and made faster in this day and age!
Restaurants around the area are pretty expensive for pizza etc.

Overall this hotel is worth the stay and good value.

Friendly spot

A nice little hotel in a beautiful location in Porto. The staff is very friendly. The rooms all have a great views. Parking in front of the hotel is hit and miss depending on when you arrive. The price is very reasonable. I recommend this hotel when in Porto. 

Not fancy but good

Perfect for a stay in the Calanches de Piana area, without too many frills. Simple hotel with basic luxury services and good parking access, close to beach and restaurants. Definitely one of the best in the Piana/Ota/Porto area

We liked this hotel not so expensive, wel located in front of the golf.all the rooms having see view.and it's was nice to stay in balcony and look  the sunshine  the boats.and the genovese turn,So relaxing!
