This hotel only exists on the web pages (Bookingcom still offers it, although it doesn't exist). It is an old one, standing on a main street box, with rusty hotel sign, no ringing or door handles. No one goes to the phone either (Calling Bookingcom's Council there) You can only book it through the front box and then the money is gone. From Bookingcom you can't expect any help to get his money back. The customer, when you reach him, service apologizes wordly to call back with the promise of money (not yet). By email word planners I no longer offer any concrete suggestion. - You can't book with the provider. Why can you book rooms at Bookingcom there. Then ask me the question...

Doesn't seem to be

We booked one night stay on our little road trip around northern France! 
We did struggle to find the place to start with as we were trying to find the hotel in the images but these are of the rear of the property and there is a only a small sign high up for reference! But don’t be put off by the slightly wore facade, it’s true to the photos once you get round to the entrance.
We parked up on the main road, we were lucky to find a spot right outside, and it’s free parking! (Think this was just pure luck though, so be warned there is no allocated parking for this property) 
We arrived to a friendly greeting, he explained everything we needed to know about access, keys ect, advised us on the best route to take into town and organised breakfast. 
Check in is 6.00pm but for us, as we were travelling this didn’t matter too much to us! 
We personally loved the place. The main building was charming, the gardens well maintained (though too cold for us to use) and our room was lovely! We booked this hotel expecting character and charm
And it did not disappoint! The room was huge with high ceilings and lots of vintage furniture, Large king size bed, seating area, and a spacious bathroom! 
The place was very clean, my only negative was the towels which had seen better days (worn and thin and the colour didn’t do them no favours). 
The bed was very comfy and the pillows were amazingly soft! 
It’s only a short walk Into the town centre / harbour so ideally located and no need to drive into the town where parking can be expensive. 
Breakfast was room service and we were offered a choice of times between 9-10, again this worked for us as we didn’t have to be up and out early! While you don’t get a choice in the menu it didn’t disappoint especially if you like carbs! We had a large dining table in the room to eat at also so was lovely relaxed morning for us after a long few days of travelling! 
Check out is 12 which again was nice to not be rushed out first thing in the morning! 
All in all we loved our visit, if your use to a more modern hotels then this would not be the place for you but if you want a little taste of French chateau style living and happy to look past a little wear and tear then I would highly recommend! 

Perfect for us..

 We were greeted by Morgan who was a delight and very helpful . We came here because the picture on the internet of the maison was so attractive , slightly misleading as this picture is taken from the back of the house and the front looks uninviting but sadly when we found the property there was no drive to park our car safely , it looked very run down ,we had to park on the road and had to carry our bags quite a way ! A pretty house but greatly in need of updating . The garden approach is terrible and looks unloved. The rooms are shabby chic but need  an overhaul , it just looked tired everywhere . A rather outdated shower and grim dark thin towels and no hand towels Plenty of steps and stairs not for the infirm or the elderly . We like crisp clean white linen  , the sheets and pillows looked as if they had seen better days  , they looked grubby On a good note the breakfast was great , nice fresh bread and freshly squeezed orange juice that we had in our room as there is no dining room , we left a day early and went to a hotel !!!!!

The picture of the structure on the booking, corresponds to the view from the inner courtyard that is not visible from the street; the room is spacious, the bathroom is furnished in a minimalist way with no supplies except for a mini soap, the slippers are unstable. A few hours after the check-out we are informed through the application that the owner has decided to arbitrarily charge us another 70 euros! Be Careful

We had a wonderful night with my husband in this guest room and we were lucky enough to have the great studio upstairs.

It's a good time.

The hotel's location is very convenient - however, it should be noted that Honfleur is rather small. The owner is extremely kind, typical French breakfast (baguettes, butter, croissant, marmalade, orange juice) included in the price and brought to the room.

Relaxing

We booked this place in the afternoon of the night we were going to stay and received a confirmation of booking. We saw that checkin was between 6 and 8pm and turned up at 6pm. It looked very rundown not like the pictures at all and we found the entrance around the side but there was no answer to the bell. We had 2 bookings and we phoned and emailed but got no response. We went away and returned half an hour later to the same no response, there was just no-one there although there were lights on by then. We had been travelling all day and it was very cold. We had to find alternative accommodation at 8pm at night and never got the courtesy of a response to our emails and phone messages.

Didn’t Get In The Door and looked run down

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with this guest house.  On arrival (4pm) the room was not ready and as other reviews suggest, with only 4 rooms to service and a check out time of 11:30, there should be plenty of time for turning around.  We were asked what time we required breakfast the following morning and were given some options, starting at 9am.  As we were going to Versailles and had to leave at 7am, we asked if we could have breakfast at 6:30am to which Morgan (the owner) said it would not be possible as the boulangerie would not be open that early.  We asked if there was any chance he could go to the boulangerie that afternoon to which he responded no, as they are closed (they do not close until 7pm so there would have been plenty of time to get some bread and croissants, which is all that is offered for breakfast anyway).  We were offered some madelaines as an alternative but when we returned to the room later, there was one madeleine each and a couple of small biscuits, which does not constitute a reasonable breakfast which we had paid for as part of overall room rate.
To my disgust, I found a flea in the bed one morning and asked for the bed sheets to be changed, which the owner agreed to and also said he would spray the room.  When returning to the room that evening, the bed had not been made and the sheets had certainly not been changed.  This is simply unacceptable and had I known the sheets were not going to be changed, I would not have stayed there that night.
Other issues; rooms not serviced, bed not made every morning, very small/narrow bathroom (sink was in bedroom as it didn't fit in the bathroom), shower gel not replenished, no iron or ironing board (we had to borrow the owner's iron), dog muck in the garden, garden strewn with children's toys and generally untidy, internet connection is terrible and we had to resort to using our data instead.
We asked to speak to Morgan (the owner) when we came to check out on our final morning and were told that he was in the shower.  It is very inhospitable and rude to not make yourself available to guests who are checking out, at the very least to say goodbye.
This guest house does not offer value for money at nearly £120 per night and I would not stay here again.
Good points; the bedroom itself is very big with great views and decorated/furnished in traditional French style.

Dissappointing!

Located near the tourist centre of Honfleur, this villa offers spacious rooms furnished with antique furniture where breakfast is served.
