After a pleasant and friendly welcome, we were able to discover an authentic, wooden, quiet place, two horses walking around the house, close to the town of Honfleur.

Escape to Normandy

We spent the night in the quiet Norman countryside, after a very warm welcome. The availability of the owners makes you forget the time, and their advice is so precious when you don't know Honfleur! We enjoyed the proximity to the city centre and, lovers of nature, we also enjoyed the moonlight and the view of the apple trees, the donkeys... Thank you Valérie and Michel for giving a beautiful soul to this inn and treating your guests with kindness. Your region is so rich... We will come back!

In a green setting

so close to honfleur but so quiet with fabuless hosts this B&B IS perfect for exploring the normandie coast.Set in a rural location only 5 minutes from the town centre Valerie and her family are very welcoming and helpfull.

A delightful place whose owners prove to be extremely pleasant and friendly people; the beautiful and charming rooms, the high cleanliness, the excellent and very well-presented breakfast, a place full of peace in close contact with nature between horses, deer and hare.

A hotel house in the middle of the Norman countryside.

We booked this B&B in September 2015 on our way to Brittany for a night out. The B&B is very quiet and rural on the hills above Honfleur. It is run very personally and family-friendly by Valerie, we felt right at home. The beds are very good, but the third bed was also needed, but with a break. The excellent French breakfast was taken in a very nice living/eating area. Unfortunately we had delays on arrival so we didn't have time for a closer exploration of the area. Nevertheless, we were warm and well cared for. The understanding is no problem, as Valerie also speaks very well English.

Very nice individual B&B at Honfleur

We stayed in this building one night but I must say that the kindness of the owners and the beauty of the residence are of reference. It is a building entirely made of wood and therefore alive... in the sense that the noise is much more present than normal buildings but certainly much warmer and cozier fantastic garden, horses and a dog named Voltaire really nice.

We stayed in this place for two nights. The first impression is of a very beautiful and well maintained place. Our experience was a little different from the other reviews I have read. The room was very nice, but very cold. The bathroom had no separators or dividers from the night zone and this is really a problem! Breakfast is served at a common table with the other guests and with the owners. It can also be very pleasant if you know the language well, but otherwise you willingly or unwillingly attend a conversation in French without any possibility of intervening. The kindness of the owners sometimes seemed to me a little more sliced up than spontaneous... Sleep is impossible! Disturbed by the fact that it is impossible to confide to the guests (even 3 or 4 nights in the upper house), to pay off the roof, and not to pay off the roof. In addition, it is difficult to pay off the roof.

I don't recommend it after all.

We stayed the night at this B&B en route to our home in the Vende. Valerie and her husband made us very welcome and we had a most comfortable stay.......once we had found it.We spent at least 40 mins trying to find it.It is not on sat nav......nor is it on sat nag!!.Our hosts however came out and guided us in.It was certainly worth the effort.
A cool beer and a reccomendation of a restaurant in Honfleur made it a magic venue.
Breakfast and our hosts memorable company made this a fab stay over and we will return.
