Hello, we had booked by booking with a nice room but we are stuck in a dusty hut. we are professionals and naturally we canceled to see what we received that is not in line with what we received. besides having paid for nothing, we have no invoice. only black and fake in any case. to avoid at all costs!!!!! Lovely place full of charm for a weekend of lovers The room is beautiful, big, independent and clean There's everything to feel at home Boiler of cappuccino tea... We took for 15€ two hours of relaxation I really recommend pool sauna and pool and gym The reception is very pleasant and with a feeling of family Thank you and go there with your eyes closed... I find the place pleasant and soothing

A typical chambre d'hôtel near Giverny, the pese where it is located unfortunately does not have many amenities, but nearby there is Vernon small town where you can find hotels and restaurants.

Tour of Britain and Norway

Peaceful, little hotel with a beautful yard in a small village. Virginie was a friendly host. Room was clean and quiet. Easy to find a free parking spot near the hotel. About 20 minute drive to Giverny and Monet’s garden.

Lovely little hotel

We had exchanged emails which were always answered promptly. Having owned and run a holiday business in Brittany for 9 years, we know finding somewhere to eat on a Sunday evening can be difficult so we’d asked advice and been given the name of a restaurant. However it was closed and its stated opening hours on its board said it was closed on Sundays and Mondays! So much for asking for help but fortunately we did find somewhere else. We arrived Sunday at 8.40pm as arranged All shut up, no bell or knocker. Knocked on door, phoned but could only leave a message so banged very loudly on door. Finally a woman came out and showed us to our garden room. Entering this was like entering someone’s alpine Christmas fantasy: stuff and clutter everywhere - a complete nightmare. Flanalette sheets with reindeer heads on for example. Is it a bedroom if there is no window? There was a glass door which couldn’t be locked from the inside so anyone could walk into the garden through the unlocked garden gates at any time so it felt very unsafe. The descriptions given on various websites are very misleading. We had no idea it was the village bar which wasn’t open either Sunday or Monday evenings nor was it suggested we could book an evening meal. The owner never introduced herself nor gave us any information whatsoever. The wifi code was endless and it only functioned if you stood by the door. The mattress was past its sell by date being the type where you roll into the middle and bounce every time someone turns over. Breakfast for 2 included 1 yoghourt, 1 apple, 1 mini croissant, 1 mini pain au chocolat - why just one of these when there are two of you? The fresh baguette was excellent. If you are animal averse or allergic do not stay in this establishment as there were a dog and a fluffy guinea pig/rabbity thing running free in the garden. Having booked for 2 nights we had little option but to stay as we’d have been charged anyway. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I’m amazed at the positive reviews and glowing references to the owner who we found to be the complete opposite.

Someone’s alpine Christmas fantasy but our nightmare

Nice decoration, but the bedding is seriously desirable, uncomfortable mattresses, unpleasant bed linens, poor, bad-smelling bath towels, very disappointing lunch, not worth the price.

Very disappointed

We booked this B&B to break up our journey from Center Parcs in Les Trois-Moutiers to Calais. When we arrived the host Virginie showed us our three bed room which was absolutely lovely. We arrived in the afternoon so we had time to have a couple of drinks in the cafe/bar downstairs which is also run by Virginie. We went and sat down in the -absolutely stunning- garden and our daughter had lots of fun playing with the dog and looking at the rabbit. This was just the perfect end to our holidays and we wished we had booked some more nights there. The level of detail is astonishing: the charming decoration, signs with funny phrases. Everywhere you look you find something new. Lovely flower arrangements. The hosts of this place really know how to make their guests feel at home. We only stayed one night there but felt like we were a part of the family. 
The breakfast was very nice and so much we couldn’t finish it and we are very good eaters.
What a shame that we had to leave so soon. We will definitely return when we are back in the area.

Thank you so much for everything- we all and especially our two-year old daughter enjoyed it very much.

A home in France

Clean room on a quiet garden, bathroom packed with everything you need, tea and coffee bowl, TV. Charming décor. Descriptive quite in line with reality. Warm home. Cozy breakfast, country inn ambiance. In a word like home. Small quiet village, kindness of the hostess, the residents and the regulars of the establishment.

Normandy Cosy

Large room with the comfort expected, but not thoroughly cleaned, and the underwear had already been served I think from the colour and folds... Beautiful large clean bathroom, but the toilet was installed at an abnormal height: I'm 1.73 m tall and my feet were 20 cm from the ground when I sat on it... The hostess is full of goodwill but seems overwhelmed by the activity of the bar and the maintenance of the rooms and the garden. Breakfast and meals are served in the bar with your TV, jukebox and guests... not very friendly to my taste.

Disappointment

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is excellent and homemade, and there is a very nice relaxation area (swimming pool, sauna,...), go there without hesitation!
