We didn't have the cottage booked following a double booking! Cottage rather well located, but not very well maintained, stained curtains, dirty furniture, stained sofa cover and hole, very dirty oven... no mattresses in the baby beds, and we are asked to put a mattress at the bottom of the bed to make our 18 month old daughter sleep! or to make her sleep with us. Our disappointment also concerns the reception and lack of professionalism of the person who manages the apartments in Isola. No changes of premises have arrived. However, no inventory form. This home and locked room.

Big Disappointment, not at all professional

Eight days at Chalet Lauren II, Isola 2000. Very well placed chalet and the reception was perfect. The officials who received us were very friendly, and they were attentive to all our requests.

I'm not sure what I'm talking about.

I don't think the photos from Tripadvisor match the Chalets in question. The Chalets are really well situated, at the top of the station with direct access to a track. The Chalete Maria lived up to my expectations! 2 double beds downstairs with each a balcony and their bathroom. A decorated kitchen with a very nice fireplace living room. Impressive view from the living room and the terrace next to it! In the mezzanine, two simple beds + 1 with 2 beds and bathroom.

It's a great stay.

The cabin is very well placed at two steps from the runway, but there's a lot of renovation work to be done, cleanliness to be reviewed, and there's no on-site service.

Super cottage with one floor; well located not far from the centre of the village. a large terrace overlooking the mounting and ski slopes. A recommended possibility of 8 to 10 beds 2 bathroom (one with access in 1 of the rooms) with bathroom, and the other on the floor with an independent shower and 2 large rooms.

Isola 2000 is a very nice and familiar place. It's excellent for families who wish for quiet, relaxing vacation but it is also a very good choice for people who are looking for nightlife. It was the first time that I went in a ski resort on a vacation and I was totally satisfied with the place. The french chalet is ideal for friends however there's no Wifi (but it could have a positive impact too), it was clean, with a beautiful view, a warm place, with 3 bathrooms (which is necessary if there is more than 1 woman), comfortable, lovely house.

We stayed in this beautiful cottage for 4 days 10/12 people: we were only 2 people: this cottage is for 2 to 4 adults max with children car living room for 5 people. Absolutely quiet, nice materials, very pleasant road.

We had spent a weekend in these cottages. A warm welcome despite the time it took us to find someone! A clean and warm interior. We were lucky enough to have the road that never lit up after three attempts! Comfortable beds. A clean and efficient sauna.

This french chalet is good place for ski even early winter season. Very nice greeting from Gilou^^ , he even offered all the luggages ride to the shuttle stop in the morning which was really great for us ( we were 10 people from all over the places ) 
Close to the ski station but a bit far from the center and all the kitchen tools need to be renewed! However, good to place for a family vacations without WIFI !

chalet basic and in need of a little tlc but excellent view and situation for the slopes.
a very warm welcome from the chalet manager Sergio who was very helpful through our visit.
would definitely re book.sleeps 9 but ideal for 6 people as 2 bunk beds in lounge area.
