We were very welcomed, with good advice to rest. The person at the reception takes his role very seriously and it is pleasant!

I'm good.

Dirty hotel. Carpet at the entrance not sucked in for a while with a dirty smell. I'll go for the bathroom. Room much smaller than the pictures show. I don't think I'll go back. Breakfast is fine. But I paid online and I didn't get the codes. I had to pay back to the hotel at the border because staff are gone so I can finally have my room. I hope I don't get charged twice which will lead to complications for the refund. I strongly discourage.

Hygiene is a long way off 😏

Unfortunately, our room was dusty and there was like a smell of urine coming out of carpets or bedding (the smell you get when you close the window, and you install it) The shower evacuation was very slow, almost clogged.

Reservation on 14 July on the Loire cycling route I prefer this hotel to play the tours because it has a swimming pool. When I arrive I find that the pool is out of service and it has been for some time due to the state of the environment!!!! Almost a month later when I visit the site of this hotel to always reserve the pool nothing appears to indicate its non-functioning!!!!!

I booked this hotel for 2 nights and I was very satisfied with my stay because:- very good reception, the person was listening and she was able to meet my needs, - the staff is smiling and arranging - they are very kindly welcoming the animals for an extra 4€/night (very cheap price) - the room was clean and quiet - plenty of breakfast (wine shops and delicious breads).

I wanted to rent a room on Wednesday, June 30th at around 6pm but the problem is full hotel I turn around and in the back I realized it was full of migrants.

One night's stay (but no more). Cleanliness is limited especially during COVID. Hotel well located and friendly reception. Family room with proper and secure mezzanine. Smokers would be well inspired to avoid smoking on the pallets.

Usually this is what I call a safe value because it's efficient and cheap without chips. We're pretty loyal to this chain but this one played us dirty tricks... unfixed toilets. Duo room but worthy of a solo.

Well, that's disappointing.

It was over 30 degrees in the mezzanine of the room! The mezzanine security lock was not working and there was mold in my shower. Anyway we had a white night... a nightmare. No apologies the next day but the promise to be called back for a business gesture. No calls four days after the incident.

Very bad experience

Nice and good hotel recently renovated. Comfortable bed. In the mezzanine, our staircase ramp was badly fixed. Dangerous! Besides, upstairs there is only one outlet. Fortunately there are three next to the office! Small noise problems because four-way nearby. Don't forget that this hotel chain privileges the made in France.
