Villa Asmodee’ is a villa built by the British actress Laura Harvey. It’s rebuilt to studios with kitchenette, a/c, toilet and shower. Self catering.
Very nice with a garden where each studio has it’s own place to have breakfast/dinner.
Location is perfect, 700 m to Juan les Pins and 1,5 km to Antibes Old Town.

Booked online with 600 euros for 10 days in may 2017
Was met by a male at the entrance who acted very strange and had an odour of alcohol
He was confused as to who I was and was reluctant to let me through the gates with all my luggage
The woman Valacuma arrived whom I had been messaging previous to explain I would be getting there a day late eventually convinced the male to open the gate and let me through 
As I was going towards my accommodation he over firmly patted my back disguising as a pat on the back gesture
I was disgusted at the least and would have went if I had another accommodation and was late
The room was old with an eerie vibe unworth the money or the surreal treatment  
I was solo and was confused how to deal with the situation so I explained I would only be staying one night and they agreed to refund.
I got other accommodation for the 10 days who were very kind and assisted me with my holiday
When I got home they ignored messages for the agreed refund and took days to convince the owners to refund with no thanks to the company I booked through which was a different one other than expedia
I would strongly disagree to recommend this place as a safe place and should be checked that they are lawfully allowed to let this place as the villa is a let property.
