A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests wishing to take breakfast, need to request it in advance. You can make this request at the time of your booking. Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer. The property will contact you directly to organise this. Please note that a EUR 40 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. They can be requested by email to the property after booking. For professional reservations, employee traveling, the gîte can only accommodate 4 people.
