This hotel does not deserve a 3-star rating.  Service is neglectful, reception desk always empty, only contact by phone: "Your air conditioner doesn't work? Well I'm fine with the window open."  Click. Not a bar of soap, no toilet paper.  Shower leaked all over the floor. Hot, noisy plastic-wrapped double mattress.  40euro " cleaning fee" added to the room rate at departure.  Good location, but go with very low expectations.

Cet établissement ne mérite pas 3 étoiles.  Service négligeant, jamais personne à la réception.  Quand la clim à cessé de fonctionner, on nous a dit par téléphone qu'il suffisait d'ouvrir la fenêtre.  Matelas étroit, recouvert d'une housse de plastique étouffante.  Pas même de savonette ni de papier hygiénique.  La douche coule partout.   Bien situé, mais désagréable.  Compter un surplus de 40 euros après un séjour de 3 jours pour le " nettoyage"

I suppose this is a motel of sorts, but really what you get is a big room, decent sized bathroom, fridge that works and a kitchenette. Like a hotel but better.

Our room also had very clean sheets, fresh towels, big comfy bed, and proper French roll-down black-out shutters. We also had an outside space with table and chairs, trees and a bit of a view over some nearby open space - and could watch the sun set.

People with kids on the road stop here and treat it like a mini-appartment, which is what you get, and for the area it's cheap and you can walk into the old part of town in 4 mins. It's not romantic or anything, but it's well-run and you get a lot of clean white space for the money.

Spacious airy downtown and cheap for L'Ile Rousse

Motel is about 600 yards or so back from the main street, 800 yards from sea front in Ile Rousse. Very quiet road. Late season, not too many people in the place, plenty of car parking. Studio apartment with bathroom and small kitchen area, patio doors and small semi-private outdoor area. Good free wi-fi. Very reasonable price for the accommodation. Paperwork in apartment suggested we would pay for cleaning but we weren't charged.

No switches on the bedside lights - had to unplug them ! Large shelf above bed - kept hitting head on it, very badly on one occasion. Couldn't fathom the microwave at all, no English instructions.

Good motel for a couple of nights

Photos provided by hotel do not really match the reality at least the basement room no 53. No daylight come in, beacuse the kitchen window faces to corridor and door in bedroom is hidden by pillars avoiding any view. Very simple and unatractive apartment. Feeling like dark cellar or garage. WC flushing button was broken. It is motel, but number of pakring slot is not sufficient - if came late, no pakring slot for you. Towels are for charge and 35€ for final cleaning is expensive. Wifi is only at reception and the signal is weak. The receptionist does not speak English at all - she was not able to tell a word in English, we were not able to discuss the room quality and possible room change. Hundreds ants run on veranda. TERRIBLE QUALITY for the price of appx 700€/week. What I am suggestig, do not settle for the ground apartment. /hopro_prg
