I'm going straight to the point because this hotel doesn't even deserve the time it takes to write! It's just an obscene place. It's a sloppy structure. It's creepy rooms. It's a shallow, unprepared and unprofessional staff.

The Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 21 of this Regulation.

We were 4 adults in room 39. We went down to the breakfast room for 7:30am and found the door closed by surprise. The breakfast room opened at 7:30am according to the available information. A maid came to meet us. Then she helped us to call the manager of the hotel (call at 7:48am), and some tried to dissuade the guardian. After a moment, I reminded the manager that I had only met him twice on his e-mail and hadn't had any unsolicited reminder from him.

Opening after 40 minutes of the indicated time

I'm not telling you about the welcome...a gentleman soul, who kept complaining, criticizing his colleague because she didn't control the room...the lunch, no mask, no glove worn by the gentleman at the reception, a disaster, didn't charge the buffet, didn't clean...I could make a book but I'll stop there...I think a lot of people will complain.

Home..and room not made

Room in its juice, very shallow, but the real problem remains the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom: - hair on the toilet and trace (I'll let you imagine what) inside the sink, - hair in the trash can, - the tip of the thick, sticky toilet brush to the touch - hand trace against the tile, - bathtub half-clogged and obviously not cleaned, - a lot of limestone in the shower and a lot of condensation because there is no ventilation (no consciousness).

It's dirty and not very bright, but above all it's salt.

Family, at 3 and Troyes, to go shopping at Mc Arthur Glenn, we spent a restful night in this hotel. It was quiet, the staff was smiling. The room was nice, well-arranged. The bed was nice. It was clean. The breakfast room was a little small but there was an outdoor terrace.

It's a perfect little hotel.

Hotel that can be used for a stage, warm reception and very nice staff. Small room and bed is not top. Back pain when you wake up.

Stopped overnight on the way to the Alps.
Check in was fine and painless.
The room is snug especially for 4 people. Bathroom is tiny.
2 pillows would have been better but it was only a stop over.
We were recommended a restaurant across the road but we declined and drove into Troyes instead and found a perfectly adequate restaurant.
The room was clean,with clean towels,adequate hot water and comfy beds.
However the room was hot and stuffy and stiflingly hot in the mezzane. The Aircon was totally useless.
For the money and length of stay cannot really complain.

Compact room

Hotel easy to find. Booking and booking online without any problems. Flawless family room very clean and very functional. Breakfast very good. Very good value for money. Very comfortable beds.

The perfect family step

Internet room reservation, specified with animals (in addition). Minimalist room, my small dogs had to sleep with me in the bed so the floor space was nonexistent, just what to do around the bed and again it's a big word. Small bathroom but still functional. Half-broken heating that you have to trick to just light it. Industrial neighborhood not attractive at all. Okay for the price but otherwise I don't recommend.
