After two previous good visits we can again in a group of 10 and were once again delighted with this hotel. Food was good as always and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We have booked again in March and can’t wait to come back. For us this is the perfect hotel. 

Third trip

Just back from great few days at the floralp. Second visit and love it. Great location superb food friendly staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lovely little bar area with reasonably priced drinks. Will definitely be back 

Perfect ski hotel

Came with a group of 12. From the outside the hotel looks small and budget with a wooden, Alpine look that followed the same wooden theme throughout the hotel and rooms. Check in was easy with friendly staff right from the beginning and throughout our stay. The room was tiny with 2 small, lockable single wardrobes either side of a standard double bed that was comfortable.There was a small desk with 2 chairs and a flat-screen wall-mounted TV that had no English channels. The bathroom is also small with a door that opens into the bedroom and touches the bed so can't fully open. There's a narrow shower, a head length mirror, a small sink with a bar of soap as the only available toiletries, hair dryer and a toilet fitted within a narrow space with shelves above containing the clean towels. 
One of our friends had a twin room that was obviously just refurbished as it had a modern, up to date, larger bathroom with a large balcony that had table & chairs.
Another friend had a triple room that seemed too cramped for 3 single beds.
The dining area was quaint with seating areas for 2-8 people to sit together. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were attentive and gave such a great personal touch, even making alternative dishes for a fussy member in our group. A menu is put on a notice board each morning so you know what's being served later.
There's also a bar area on the other side of the small check-in area with comfortable chairs and a large table to sit at or a long coffee table to put your drinks on. There is also a real-fire place giving the room a feeling of warmth in the evenings.
In the unsecure basement are racks to keep your ski-boots in with benches to sit on but there is a lockable shed just as you exit the basement to the outside to store your skis and boards.
The town centre is only a 10 mins walk at the most with the ski-lifts situated between the shops and the ice-skating rink.

A Personal Touch

A small hotel, well run. Excellent evening meal, decent breakfast. Warm clean and friendly what more could you want?
Location is perfect for ski trip close to main lifts. Very friendly staff nothing was too much trouble for them.

One minute walk from the centre of La Clusaz and the gondola- perfect location.  Georges the host is superb- brilliant food, great wine and fantastic hospitality.  I cannot recommend the service enough.  The hotel is so sweet and authentic.  We went with Ski Weekender for a mid week ski break and will be back again next season!

Very sweet hotel next to chair lifts!

11 of us stayed here for 3 nights on a break with SKI WEEKENDER, we were very impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness of staff and the fabulous 5 course evening meal which included a massive cheese platter each night!
