Top of the line

Apartment suitable for 2 people Parking included + Pass included with free pizzas: a little more enjoyable. Kitchen equipped: dishwasher, coffee machine But no particular balcony laundry.

March land 3 Appropriate location

I arrived yesterday with my family and 2 young children! How can I tell you, when we arrived at the agency VITTORIA IMMOBILIER, the same woman made us pay 464€ Arrière and we entered the apartment which is not at all the one reserved at 8:00, with children who hadn't even eaten or showered in the heat of the summer and had already done almost 5 hours of driving!!!!! I tell you: When we arrived at the agency VITTORIA IMMOBILIER, the same woman made us pay 464€ Arrière when the total of our reservation on the site was 448€. But she gave us the keys to the apartment which is not at all the same but in short order. Then we will tell you that the third floor of the residence  Martinique                                       

Serious health risk/strongly discouraged

Our apartment was in Port Jonathan. It was extremely well equipped, we even had sun umbrella and chaise long for the beach. Swimming pool was clean, we had internal parking. What we missed was wifi, you can only find it in the reception.

Fair price, good amenities.

I made a reservation with this property through booking with free cancellation fees. In the meantime, I canceled the reservation for a couple of months due to a problem of dates and the inability to enjoy my vacation. At the time of booking I was charged an advance of 25%, which in case of cancellation is refunded free of charge. Within a month of cancelling the reservation I had not received the amount. I contacted them and they asked for my account number. If I did not get in touch with them, they would not have returned the money. Even so, more than a month of email exchange was a problem to me to return the money. In the end, I had to participate in booking. Thanks to that, they returned the money to me, because this property would give me so much money that I was tired of managing it and would not be able to reserve anything with them.

I don't recommend it because I don't care about the expectations of his customers.

Das ist meine erste Bewertung, aber ich möchte anderen einen vergleichbaren Aufenthalt ersparen:

The host at Vittoria Immobilier was extremely unfriendly when we called earlier to ask a question and also when we eventually picked up the keys. 
The apartment was in really bad shape, not only ugly, but ramshackle, electric outlets dangled out of the wall, only one lamp worked when we got to the apartment and nothing was really clean. (The guests have the option to clean or to pay a fee of 60 Euro. But when they clean themselves, nobody really checks whether they did a sufficient job or not - This was the case for us, when we cleaned before our departure and a young guy came by and only opened the freezer and flushed the toilet once). We felt uncomfortable sitting on the sofa and the blankets because it was evident that they hadn't been washed for a long time. We washed every plate and glass again before using them. In the apartment were only two cushions, although it is for 4. And all this for 130 Euro a night. Don't go there. It's a real rip-off.

We stayed one night in the residence... the apartment was very comfortable and clean, ideally located 50 meters from the beach and the staff very smiling (essential when we have just done almost 1000 km). Possibility to reserve a parking space for 6 euros (free seats are hard to find). I really recommend this hotel which will also allow you to discover the very beautiful seaside resort of the Grande Motte plus: 2 pizzas of our choice were offered to us when we arrived at the pizzeria at the bottom of the residence... and in addition they were really very good thanks to the staff!

short stay impeccable

It is not possible to rent this type of apartment for 4 adults, the castle bed is not in a room but in a storage room, at most this apartment can accommodate 2 people. I stayed because it was a stay of only two nights, the staff of the agency Vittoria Immobilier was kind and very cordial. Free WiFi is present only at the agency 500mt from the apartment.
