Staying from 2 to 7 August 2021: Undoubtedly a stunning situation, with cottages where each room is hyper-spacious and for a totally justified price.

Highly signed hotel site

Charming hotel with a beautiful view of the glacier whether from the room or the pool. The room is spacious and clean. The cleaning is done every day. However, the wifi connection in the room was not stable. The breakfast is good, but there is no preparation made on site. Because there is a choice with local products, but also many industrial products. The owners are not very welcoming and they are the first to not respect the wearing of the mask. It is a shame.

It's a lovely hotel, but...

The accomodation is good and clean. The rooms or small houses are cosy. But the service , reception can be much better. (The older lady is not always that friendly). 

It seems they offer services to be able to put it in the advertisement but it is not allowed to use them. For instance our children from 14-16 were not allowed to use the billiard during the day and they always had to stop. But in the evenings they are also closed very early. 

It is also strange that they do not offer restaurant service in summer. La Grave does not have a lot of restaurants and after a day full of action, you do not always want to take the car to find a good restaurant.  A small fridge in the rooms can be an extra nice to have, in order to put some drinks or cheese cold. 

Overall we had a good vacation but i would not recommend this place when you have teenagers. 

Not a family friendly (with children) hotel

Accommodation is correct, clean. All together unfinished because you can see that there are always finishes to be done. Choosing a high-rise accommodation, on the first floor for example. I left one day before because of my work, I was not refunded my stay tax (1€x2)??? because I was paid for my stay of 7 nights on the day I arrived... and on both nights.

Apartment hotel

Welcome very cold visit to the cottage in 1 min time access for people with reduced mobility nonexistent as a reminder at the reception of guests it would be respectful if the mask covers the nose and not just the mouth.

A very unwarm place

Very nice location with a beautiful view but the cottages are getting old and the edges are poorly maintained. Breakfast is plentiful and we won't miss anything if we arrive early enough. The beds are clean but not the housekeeping the word vacuum cleaner shouldn't exist here! Hairs stayed in the toilet from the beginning to the end of our stay! We had left them deliberately when we discovered them when we arrived! WiFi is almost impossible to get and we have to re-create the code every 3 minutes with a low rate! Attention only large orange network disposal! Noting for others! To finish it mixed reception at the reception and without any enthusiasm from the direction!

Can do better

Very well maintained mountain-type establishment. The owners and their team work hard to make everything perfect. Beautiful amenities: swimming pools, spa, bar, breakfast. Quiet clientele. Spacious and bright 3 bedroom with a nice decoration and balcony overlooking the Meije. Many restaurants in the village (reservation recommended). Ballads and cable car nearby.

The perfect stay

We booked a week's vacation in the Panoramic Village of LA GRAVE by booking directly by phone. The owners welcomed us warmly and kindly. We had rented a cottage. What bluffed us at first was the exceptional view of the mountain LA MEIJE and the glacier. It was a pleasure to have meals on the terrace. The cottage is large, comfortable, enjoys all the modern comforts and is very well equipped. The bed is large and the bedding is of excellent bill. The Wifi is excellent. Two swimming pools are also exceptional. There is a covered view under the reception, but there are many parking spaces in the surrounding area. The hotel is very backwards and super special. The vacation between the two women we met in this village will be very pleasant, so we have taken a look at the parking lot and the parking lot in this very nice place, so we have taken a very good look at this place, and we have made a lot of interesting pictures about it.

Great stay in an idyllic setting

Thank you for this wonderful stay that you have allowed us to spend in your warm, extremely well located establishment. We were many, the managers have lovely opened the shoe aisle of another cottage so that everyone has privacy and that we are not on top of each other. We will come back and recommend!

That's really cool.

We rented a hotel apartment. Very clean, super lit, and on top a super breakfast buffet. The view from our balcony over the glacier of La Meige was beautiful. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews of some guests! I recommend without a problem.
