We've been to different times and we've been very pleased with the reception, children's and adult entertainment.In 2023 we've returned confidently. Disappointments all over the line.The change of direction is a disaster.We won't go back if there are no improvements and having discussed this with neighbors we're not the only ones.

Change of direction

There was no air conditioning as scheduled it was 38 so you can be tried for lunch the only bar resto closed between noon and 3 pm to buy bread and wineries you have to order the day before for the next day see the practice grocery store there's almost nothing when at the pool 30 transats for 260 mobile home see the number of people so first and last time for us we won't come back

Not to go

No reception, no communication. The pool is minimal, the lake is not very clean. No feeling of supervision. Finally, we had the bingo party with friendly entertainers but there again, a special atmosphere, there were the regulars and others. The site is well placed and the activities are varied around. Finally, we wanted to enjoy 3 days of food, we moved a lot and had a good stay. Positive points: clean and well located site

The Wanderings

Firstly, the mobile home was poorly equipped, there were few dishes, the toilets had to be replaced (they were completely sloped...), the edges of the mobile home were dirty, especially a lot of debris on the ground. The water space is very old and not really suitable for children. Indeed, the main pool is too deep for a 10-year-old child (like my daughter) to have fun properly. Then the toilet but for a child over 10 years old, it is not suitable either. Always the water space, during two days, the master swimmer was not present and the pedestrian state was abominable.

Disappointed for a four star

The campsite team and super nice, arranging it is a campsite with a great potential nice lake in the campsite animate evening, but unfortunately the campsite is not maintained really cool pool water messy full of dirt from animals hair and I pass... mobile home we don't even talk about... more chlorine the robot that no longer works (for the pool) for a 4 star his desired leash.

This camping tells you it's a four star caravaning. The overall rating should be 1 star. The condition af the rented caravan nr 278  was POOR. The staff is 100% NOT INTERESTED in the guests. They are rude and not willing to help the guests when there is a problem with, for instance,  the caravan. The staff of the restaurant is amateuristic and poorly educated for their job. When your french is not suffuicient in their eyes they switch to the english language WHICH THEY CAN NOT SPEAK! So that's where the dialogue ends when communicating with them. The so called grocerie store only sells out dated dresses and toiletpaper. For buying bread, reservations for delivery must me made a day in advance. You can pick that up the next day  after 9 o'clock hahahaha. This is all soo bad and absolutelly NOT 4 stars. Do not go there unless you're fine with rude and uninterested staff and poor maintainance of equipment . The gaming room is just a bunch of out dated video equipment.

Camping Domaine des Iscles Tohapi, do not go there.

Camping with plenty of greenery, quiet and close to the Durance. Walks and cycling can be arranged on the programme.

to recommend

The campsite is improved from last year (no pressure water, Hs air conditioning and low quality refrigerator). This year everything was ok with no worries hot water, a new refrigerator and an air conditioning ok. Attention we are going through a large group for booking via our EC. There are still some improvements to be made: - the lake trades in small quantities and especially almost all deteriorated. - a single week of nighttime intrusion and when you stay at least 15 days per week. - an additional weekly redundancy. - welcome for the week. - welcome for the week. - welcome for the week arriving on Wednesdays - no admission to the reception: a small day of reimbursement on arrivals.

To improve especially for animation

Arrived with the warm welcome of the director, very quick with the easy checking... but very big disappointment at the sight of the Mobil home: torn curtains, furniture from another age, even the toilet basin had disappeared! After a visit to the reception we were offered another Mobil home that matched the expected stand, very good responsiveness. But the image of the campsite is well scratched... Well for the pool and the lake, right for the campsite. On the other hand, you have to love the animations because even if it is displayed everywhere that you should no longer make noise from 11:00 pm, even the evenings organized by the campsite end later, at 11:30 pm to see all the noise at midnight.

A Staff That Is Arranging But Things That Need Improvement

We stayed three times at the Campsite des Iscles and we were delighted. The mobile homes were on top, thanks to all the speakers and management. The reception team is very professional, like the hosts, the security staff, the restaurant, not to mention the grocery store. The pool is very nice.
