If you are wondering whether to visit or stay overnight at the chateau, don't hesitate. We had a wonderful time.  A beautiful place, grounds, great wines to taste and excellent service from everyone.  We stayed overnigh, walked through the vineyards with glasses in hands under moonlight. We felt like we owned the place for the night)) Michael Sanders was especially welcoming and helpful. Thank you.

Could not ask for a better wine experience

Incredible views and accomodations. In the middle of hundreds of acres of vineyards. Terrific bed, linens, shower. Wonderful people. Winery is Medoc Grand Cru. Staff arranged tasings for us at other Gran Cru wineries with no notice. Amazing.

Beautiful. Wonderful people.

Perfect for traveling with family.  Booked all 3 rooms so we had the “house” to ourselves which made it a very cozy and special. Is like having your own cottage. Rooms were large and comfortable overlooking the vineyard. Excellent home made breakfast and beautifully presented.  The chateau, grounds, and vineyards were all absolutely beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A Beautiful Stay in the Heart of the Vineyards

We had a really good stay here. Everything was perfect: the staff was very nice and sweet, the rooms were confortable and clean and we were pretty Close (~20km) from restaurants and Little Villages which We could go to on the wine route. We also did a tour of the castle which was very interesting

Excellent stay

Fine wine tasting, spectacular visit at grapes harvesting time. Very comfortable and large room, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast (gluten-free option available). Wineyard is huge and very well maintained. Prety good location to visit the Medoc area. Don't miss the opportunity to spend some time there!

Very pleasant stay at Chateau Giscours

We recently stayed for a night at the Chateau's converted stables.  It is only a small setup with only 3 rooms and luckily we had the place to ourselves which made it feel extra special.

The rooms are country/rustic themed and perhaps a little bland for some, but the quality of fitments and comfort could not be argued with.

The location is incredibly quiet and peaceful and the views over the vineyards soothing and restful.

Breakfast was a huge continental style affair and of a high quality and the maid will make you farm fresh eggs to in order in addition.  

All in all an excellent experience - easily recommended!
