We were own the annex. Smallest bathroom I have even seen in a hotel, including japan! Room was ok, simple, recently remodeled, but still a little unpolished.  Donner at 23€ was  ok, but unexciting... we should probably have gone out. Breakfast was pretty grim. Not bad, just not much there. However, there is an excellent bakery across the street at the station.

Average... but, it is the only game in town

Pleasant lady greeted us at reception. Directed to an outbuilding where there were several rooms. Room very small, extremely hot, although there was a very noisy fan. Ensuite facilities very cramped, shower difficult to operate. No food served as restaurant closed for most of August. We were directed to a lovely restaurant in a nearby town, however. Breakfast was basic. A little fruit would have been nice, it consisted of very sweet packets of cereal and pre packed croissants and cakes and a baguette, butter and jam. A no effort job. Not at all suitable for my diabetic husband.

Very disappointing

We've eaten here twice.  The food is excellent, not fancy but beautifully thought through with good textures and aromas.  Excellent value for money, and the owners Audrey and Fabrice are exceptional hosts.

Excellent family restaurant and hotel

This hotel was a disaster. Don’t touch it with a barge pole. The hotel was one of those listed in the Bordeaux-Toulouse cycling guide published by Association Velo Toulouse. 
We had booked accommodation and an evening meal about 3 months earlier and checked the availability of the restaurant by e-mail and reserved a table by phone as we were arriving by bike on a Sunday. We arrived in June after a long hot day’s cycling to a hotel that was closed up and no one around; we had printed out e-mail confirmation of our booking. The hotel looks rather scruffy and run down but for one night should have been ok. Eventually we phoned the owner having found a phone no. for reservations scribbled outside. We were told to let ourselves in at the back, use room 112 (key in the door) and that there was no restaurant open that night but there was another one in the village. The restaurant in the village (a pizzeria) proved not to be open at all on Sunday or Monday and we had to cycle 3 miles each way to the next village for a pizza.
The back door led through an unlit washroom and up unlit stairs to an unlit corridor. Our night's sleep in room 112, which was very small and in great need of decoration, was disturbed by the main road traffic and the railway and was very warm. There was a light in the room but there were no bulbs in the bedside lights.
There appeared to be no one else in the hotel although we heard someone arrive at about 10.30pm and someone left at about 5am.  In the morning there was nothing happening for breakfast – nothing laid out, no coffee, no bread. The owner never appeared and there were no instructions. A cleaning lady turned up who didn’t know we were there. We phoned the owner and said we would pay only half (€20) but he just shouted at us and threatened to call the police if we didn’t pay – we should have said go ahead! As it was this reduced the cleaner to tears who said she would pay the difference so we paid up as it wasn't her fault, got a receipt from the cleaner and left. We went straight round to the Maire and complained and we will be writing to him and to the local tourism office. Was anything right with this place? The bicycle store was lockable and the sheets appeared clean – although we were bitten in the (restless) night. Needless to say the advertised wifi was not available.
This hotel should be shut down.
