For a first experience as a curist, this residence is perfect...superb reception on the first day to establish a care schedule related to the thermal establishment.The three very friendly people in the reception office take care of everything and serve as references to the Thermes from where a time saving, explanations on the care program. The rooms are very correct, of good comfort, well equipped and quiet. A preference for the 2nd or 3rd floor and south side.

Accommodation and comfort for first aid

If you're sleepy go there... this residence is very noisy, the elevator is so noisy that you feel like you have the engine in the room. The rooms are not soundproofed, when the sneezing neighbor you hear it. The spas are 700 meters away to escape if you want to enjoy the cure fully.

It's not worth it.

Half of the apartments overlook a full municipal parking lot and serve as a stop for the paid spa shuttle that rotates incessantly from 7:00 to 19:00: noise of motor and doorstep knocking non-stop all day long. the breakfast tray is laid on the floor in front of the door and it's up to you to change the sheets and do the housekeeping? this for the double price of rent and hotels in the city. away from the city centre with no welcome in the evening or on Sundays no air conditioning

The thermal treatment in Lamalou-les-Bains is truly a place of comfort and rehabilitation and the Residence du Bois de Lon helps magnify the benefits of care: proximity (on foot or by shuttle), very warm and competent reception. The studios are comfortable, spacious and modern and offer all the facilities for travel for people with disabilities. I joined my in-laws in care this summer in Lamalou Les Bains. Strongly advised when they booked by the Thermes staff, they opted for this residence belonging to the Chaîne Thermale du Soleil. They seemed so disappointed when they arrived, that I came from Marseille to see him because I didn't believe it. The common parts lack obvious maintenance, the dark, exaggerated and very poorly ventilated apartments (let's say the neighbour coughing) not to mention the famous 3* service to insomniacs subscribers... all for an exorbitant price! I also forget the elevators that fall into disrepair with a lot of disabled people.

A disgrace to a solar thermal facility

a 3 star where people to greet you on Sunday you do manage with a little imagination don't worry you will get there made as if you weren't disabled reason why you come from the rest. for 3 stars you would be entitled to a roll of toilet paper, a single trash bag for 3 weeks housekeeping not including a pension(35€ per person) or half pension (25€ possible).

With our bathroom treatment we booked this residence which is located 5 minutes from the spa. Old house, carpentry that deserves a change, studio proper area, proper and clean bathroom, proper bedding. Hard to park in the parking lot of the residence. Noisy residence, dog barking, early morning furniture noise. And see the toilet linens and sheets that are clearly very yellow. Small elevator especially with a wheelchair.
