Last Saturday we went to dinner at 4 (family) in this restaurant. Warm home, perfect timing, delicious cuisine, neither salty nor too sweet. Attention! we highly recommend! Thank you for this good time we shared as a family at your home.

It's a great time.

It's been several times since we've eaten at this restaurant, warm welcome and perfect meal. Go there with your eyes closed. impeccable cleanliness and impeccable service. We'll be back with pleasure like every year.

The staff, smiling and available, never lacks good advice. The comfort of the rooms is assured. The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. The restaurant offers original and tasty cuisine. The establishment's location is ideal for exploring the area.

Very pleasant stay.

The kitchen is decorated with local cuisine, the service is perfect, the setting is very beautiful with a shady terrace, all in a very relaxing countryside setting, but most of all, we enjoyed the warm and spontaneous welcome.

I'm not sure.

The hotel is certainly old, the rooms with old-fashioned upholstery but in any case very clean, the shower and toilet as well.

That's right.

Anybody visiting the Bearn Bigorre will find the hotel basic and probably in need of a face lift in the rooms, but I can guarantee that the proprietor will do her utmost best to make their stay as pleasant as possible.  There is a warm and friendly welcome, and the land lady is also very helpful with local information.

It is also worth noting that the restaurant at this hotel serves a delicious menu in the evenings.  We ate at the hotel on our first night and the food was excellent. Breakfast is continental, and a limited selection compared with some hotels.  However there is coffee, fruit juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese, croissants and pan au chocolat.

The rooms were basic but adequate, and included  good sized wardrobes for storage and a small en suite containing toilet, sink and shower cubicle.  There did seem to be a plumbing issue as the people we travelled with stayed in the next room, and when we showered the water initially came up through their shower plug hole, suggesting a partial blockage further down the line.  The rooms are not air conditioned, and there is no fan provided, so this could be an issue in the hotter weather, although this was not a problem during our stay.

The hotel was very quiet, and for anybody like us wishing to stay outside the main town of Lourdes, its location was perfect; it is approximately six miles to Lourdes and the hotel is on the main route to Lourdes.  The view from the rooms was pleasant with the Pyrenees mountains in the background.

This hotel is not cheap for what it offers, but probably in line with prices in Lourdes.  Our stay was pleasant overall.

Comfortable Stay in a Basic but Friendly Two Star Hotel

We chose this hotel because we were looking for a cheap hotel to use as a base for excursions to the French Pyrenees. The price is like the cheap highway hotels of the typical French chains... The hotel is old and very modest, without pretensions, but the price quality ratio we believe is very good. And the deal is excellent. We have felt very comfortable. In addition, it offers many possibilities for nature tourism, from river activities (kayak, raft, miniraft, canoraft, hydrospeed,...), to mountaineering, or climbing 'tree'... It has free and very safe parking. The restaurant is also an attractive one, although the prices may prove a little expensive (22€ menu), but cheap for the price-quality ratio.

A quiet, cozy, well-located hotel with many possibilities for nature tourism activities.

An old hotel with rooms that deserved a little bit of money. A good bed. Not air-conditioned and it was hot but it was impossible to open the window because flies invaded. The dining is average and not very copious. We were a group of about thirty people who stayed two to three nights in a half board. For two nights in a half board we paid 232 € + 2 € for pies (because the cyclists wanted to eat slow sugars the day before the amateur tour) + 16.40 € for drinks that match the wine provided (I only drink water). I think they saw us and they abused us.
