It's a pity there's a persistent smell of humidity in the entrance that spoils the stay a bit. the weekend reception is until 3pm... the rooms are well equipped and the bed is comfortable The shower curtain is catastrophic, we flood a bathroom so it's not convenient.......

Good quality price ratio, well located

Everything is appreciated: welcome both on the phone and in the warm place, a clean room, a comfortable bed... only the location remains: the smell of the factory and the noise is hard to bear.

The right hotel, if not the location.

We spent a very good night in this hotel the rooms are spacious and very clean we had a large bathroom with a large Italian shower that our son enjoyed the staff is friendly and helpful breakfast is varied we will definitely come back

The right hotel.

We stayed 1 night, the outside is not very engaging (facade rather sad and teaches to change + factory just in front) on the other hand the interior is very clean, whether it is the hall or the bedroom. We had a twin room so once the two beds were close the bed was very large and comfortable. Very quiet. Tariff quite (maybe too) high for the location and number of stars. Phone and physical home very warm and very cordial. Easy night access thanks to the room key and small garden living room accessible in front of the hotel.

Friendly and warm home. Simple, clean, very quiet room, comfortable but a little small, quite varied lunch in a large quiet room and with plenty of space between tables. Good quality price ratio. Night availability with your room key at the hotel entrance.

Turned up without previous booking. 64 euros excluding breakfast for one person one night. Clean, quiet, friendly and energetic staff ( one person seems to do everything).
Ok place to stay but wifi is essentially non existant, although at breakfast time in the dinning read it worked.
Only one socket for power in the bedroom and that's damaged.
Hot water and decent shower.

Wow.... the odour that greets you as you turn down the street can only be described as rotting vegetables and this follows and stays with you for your entire stat at the hotel. Truly vile smell that doesn't seem to be anywhere else in Biganos.... we couldn't have our window open due to this and the continuous noise of the factory near by....  No wonder it's the only hotel that requires you to pay up front upon booking and a no refund policy.... 

This place stinks!

Yes never again would I stay here. We are not fussy people. We had the most gross, musty damp smell in Room 105 hitting both of us as we entered. Outrageous. Downstairs room. Unable to leave the window open all night due to security. The staff must  known about the smell! Would have requested an immediate room change. But no staff around. This was before 9pm. Key drop facility outside. Highly impersonal. Would have complained the next day. But young girl at desk who did her best with an issue over the bill. Our French is embarrassingly lacking. SO glad to leave!!

Never again

Hotel du Delta. We didn't book; we took our chances on accommodation whilst driving through France to Spain. This hotel is located just south of Bordeaux in a place called Biganos. I was advised by reception that I was 'lucky' as I got the only vacant room. That surprised me as the car park only had 2 cars in it....!! The room was costly; €114 for one night including breakfast. The room had clean sheets but that's the only upbeat point I can make considering the cost. It was dark, dingy and had a smell that I couldn't quite place, possibly damp or stale cigarettes. The 'bathroom' was truly awful. The shower head was loose and if the taps were turned fully on in order to get any pressure it blew itself off the wall....!!! The towel rack was clinging onto the wall with a prayer & a song but luckily the towels were so thin they didn't weigh much otherwise it could collapse, it also was positioned above the toilet....!! The 'dining room' was awful. Terrible. It was horrible & actually quite depressing.......ugh....!!!Totally lacking in any ambience whatsoever, in fact it had the 'vibe' of a retirement home down on its luck. It was almost empty.....odd considering that the hotel was maxed out. I had to ask for bread......a staple for breakfast.....!!  I have included some photographs as words really don't do justice to Hotel du Delta. Unfortunately I have to rate it using the stars but it certainly doesn't deserve any.......

Expensive & utterly depressing 

The hotel is simple and spacious. At the entrance, the smell of the hall is not the best and the person at the reception charges us in advance. The room is all right and there is everything: a table, a two-story bed and a bathtub with a shower tent. Breakfast is at the buffet. Three mini-cornetts and half a baguette are given. As sweets to take to the buffet there are no others. As salt there are some sliced in the fridge counter. Maybe a little bit for 9 euros per person.
