Lovely hotel and great value half board. Basic but clean rooms with a nice view and shared bathroom.
Owners were very friendly and good fun as were the locals.
Food was excellent both for dinner and breakfast.
I would return in an instant to a homely family run establishment - a great find, we all loved it!

A great nights stopover

I stayed here in 2014 and couldn't fault it. I had a very warm welcome from the owners who were helpful and polite. The room was very basic but decent value for the price especially if you have two people. The landlord's wife served a very nice meal in the evening which was good especially after a day's exploration of the amazing local countryside and the gorgeous exploration of the gorgeous village of Le Fugeret. I wish I had been able to stay longer. Will definitely be coming back one day.

If you are wishing to go to Le Fugeret, the easiest way to get there is on the "Train des Pignes", a narrow-gauge railway going from Nice to Dignes-les-Bains which snakes through the mountains on a stunning route.

Excellent accommodation for the price; tasty food, comfortable beds and warm welcome.
