Disrespect

A very friendly welcome, a very brilliant smile, caring for the well-being of its customers. We loved going to bed with the marmot whistles. A very quiet and family-friendly place. Easy access, nearby parking. Clean and sanitary in force. Everything is clear on the websites. Thank you.

All right, all right.

The room: It is cute, we see that efforts have been made to make it friendly and original, but it is very simple with only a bed (a little soft) and a hairdresser without a chair. Sanitary and common showers --> This is not specified in the description of Smartbox The room was clean, except under the bed. Bad soundproofing between the rooms (we hear our neighbors!). On the other hand, the environment is very quiet despite the road that passes in front of the dining room. The night is very nice, well presented and copious (meat or fish). Choose from 3 desserts. On the other hand, it was a menu  2 dishes  and not a menu  3 dishes  Lunch: This is a very simple lunch: a very easy lunch, a little thing to eat, a drink of love, a drink of love, and we would have to have a very nice meal with our friends.

Correct, but disappointed, because we weren't in the right context

Simple and authentic On the village square, with this communication facility that the townspeople no longer know about. The managers are very friendly and dynamic and involved in their business. The meals are copious, well made. The rooms are simple and clean. Maybe it should be more explicit about the fact that the sanitation is shared?

Warm mountain climbing

It all started on the phone, when we just wanted to check that our reservation was well recorded. This triggered the anger of the hostess, who explained to me very aggressively that I was bothering her. She even called to put a second layer of it on. When we arrived, we found our room.. with 4 pretty overlapping beds!! Super weekend in love! Note that the sanitation is needed in the hallway, it's better to know. Sure they are clean, but the bathroom door doesn't lock, it's a beast. The lady's aggression lasted all weekend, we figured we'd bother her. And in case we escaped, she'd hurt all the other residents, because we'd stayed in front of her, and she'd have to explain that we'd stayed in the village, and if she'd come back, she'd be a good witch, so if she'd come back, she'd be a good witch, and if she'd come back, she'd be a good witch, and if she'd come back, she'd be a good witch

What to Avoid

The landlord called us to tell us that the room we had booked by Booking was not free on this date and so we agreed to a new live date together but once we were on site after 400 km of road, the landlord is absent. I called her but she doesn't remember calling me and most of all she can't remember all the customers!!! Unpleasant.. deplorable and lack of professionalism and especially before criticizing booking it would be better to be impeccable even!

Mismanagement

Mountain lodge at the top: warm welcome of new owners, simple, very clean, comfortable rooms - restaurant: succulent meals (tartiflette, homemade dube and ravioli just to the ground..!) the dishes are plentiful and tasty, Lunch at the top! a real little corner of paradise at a more than reasonable price. Excellent value for money.

Of course it's just a gîte, in the heart of a very nice village, the room is very simple, but the cleanliness is impeccable, all the amenities are there (e.g. good wifi) and impeccable, the food seems delicious, the breakfast offers homemade jams, there is a bit of grocery and a restaurant, and the price remains really attractive in such a tourist area, with superb surroundings, access by train from super picturesque pines: ideal.

A perfect welcome in a special place

Since I didn't see the reviews on the Internet well, I was convinced that it was a hotel, and on arrival, it was a bitter surprise. It was a Rental Room/Renture. The rooms are small and were left to fall apart because we found spiders and dust in the corners of the room, the common bathroom. During the evening it was impossible to sleep without opening the windows because it was hot enough and above all the rooms were not soundproofed, often there was a girl's voice and the door beneath the door slamming loudly making the walls vibrate. The lights in that hallway were nonexistent. Since I realized we were the only guests that night. That night we didn't know that we hadn't paid much and it wasn't even included the collapse. I tell you, you were camping and it wasn't just a hotel.

Well, on a famous website, it's classified as Hotel and the title says Hotel.

We stayed three days and two nights and were very welcomed in a warm family atmosphere and the meals were very good and very cozy with a special note for desserts.
