We spent a nice night in this hotel. The reception was very friendly. The hotel was ideally located on a quiet little street, not far from the city centre and the beach. Nice terraces where you can eat. Clean and pleasant room, good bedding. Generous, varied and excellent lunch. One small bemool, the soundproofing but we've known much worse elsewhere and like that night, people weren't loud, we had a good night. We'll be back with pleasure.

Nice personal welcome, nice breakfast, nice to be close to the beach and close to the centre and all the shops. Nice terrace. It was perfect.

An exceptional hotel

Hotel located quietly, a little far from the center...you should like to walk...with the heat not too top...Good welcome. Very clean hotel...but unfortunately at the level of the room the triple is really small...especially with a 13-year-old teenager in the heat of the day....no view no terrace or balcony (even small).The bathroom is large, but with a vasistas without fence...it was a heat oven...so we left the door open so that the climber could refresh it a little... toilet paper and small soaps counted drops.... shame.., we are disappointed in comparison to what we saw on this site and if we find ourselves at the King's Graces, it will not be in Acacias' opinion

Friendly, hospitable hostess. Petit dej served on a tray with fruit cup, mini cinnamon, fruit juice, from which to make tartines, croissants, chocolates, cheese and hot drinks. Very nice and good. Space to put our bikes, a plus! Hotel well located, close to the beach and the city centre. However, the comfort of the rooms was not in RDV. Too small with the heat... not air conditioned... a maniable fan, sounding like air conditioning. Toilets, sink and shower glued. We slept very badly. Small pillows and bed. Recommended to last for one night and preferably not in summer.

Mixed opinions

Very warm home owner listening and very good advice. Very nice hotel located in a quiet street but close to the city centre of the train station and food shops and bus stations. Lunch on the top terrace with a good price/quality ratio. Clean room equipped with a small refrigerator from a trunk I highly recommend this hotel. If I have to go back to the King's Grade I would return to this hotel which I think deserves 3 stars.

Nice little shaded hotel a quiet place away from the crowds and the noise a quiet place to spend a weekend in love a decent room and a nice breakfast overlooking the beach and the city centre thank you for your hospitality and also not far from our favorite restaurant the stone on the fishing pier

Family hotel with all the desired criteria in high season. Close to the city centre and the beaches which allows you not to take the car. Tastefully renovated Quiet Little clean room refurbished very good bedding and at a very reasonable price: 78€ (for having compared with the surroundings) Home and service breakfast perfect Breakfast full: hot drink at will, Viennese breweries (growing, bread with grapes, muffin) bread beurre jam cheese juice d orange compote to eat on a terrace completely renovated in peace and pleasant in the shade Little boll for the lips early from 8:30... But the city centre a 50 m so we went to take our coffee outside and the car was in the adjacent parking lot

You can book without fear at TOP!!

For a classic room, small and clean room, rather neat bathroom. The +, equipped with a dressing room, small refrigerator that we enjoyed, laundry dryer on the balcony. The -, soundproofing not very good, fortunately not yet summer season... and no air conditioning. Bicycles put in safe. Friendly home. Near the beach, city center.

Good criteria for a bike stop,

Hotel located in a quiet street of the Grau du Roi, a few meters from the beach not easy to park even out of season but for 10 euros per day possibility of underground parking nearby ideally located near the tourism office and restaurants (when these are open....), the fishing port breakfast French, no eggs or sausages, but copious with excellent croissants and at the very correct price of 8 euros friendly reception, large terrace and even a library
