Very nice home, good bed, spacious room, proper bathroom, small room in the right medium, no restaurant in the village, no need to take the car back to Fontana, the county, 12 km away, a little pity... a very expensive hair for service in this price range.

Cool for one night

Very wet room, spider webs in every corner of the room, for the price, we would have had to pass the vacuum cleaner it's a minimum. No wifi in the room, we have to get out, and yes!! The big bed was comfortable, we could have slept if the baby bed didn't creak with every move. The asset of the rental was the pool, except that it's more than a deserted marsh. The water is freezing and unmaintained, 2 transats for all the apartments, big gap between attractive photos and reality briefly the price is acceptable for a beach but not for a ghost village.

Too expensive for what it is.

The setting of a beautiful renovated farmhouse with a large parking lot is simply ideal for a stay in the south sold out. The decoration is of very good taste. The pool is certainly very pleasant but we haven't had time to enjoy it.

warm welcome

Have stayed here several times -just off the motoway to La Rochelle and near to Fontenay le comte. 
Modern and comfortable rooms and more than enough for breakfast. 
Talk to the horse and goat in the ample grounds.

A very nice and quiet place, a swimming pool available which is super nice. Room and bathroom decorated with taste and well equipped! The reception is very nice and warm. Breakfast is very good; do it again if I come back here!!

A good address

Beautiful farmhouse, very well renovated and decorated with very good taste by the owner, very quiet and relaxing, very pleasant welcome, and very discreet but attentive housekeeping.

It's a great place to visit the south of Vendée and, above all, enjoy the Puy du Fou Park.

This is a fabulous place to stay. The hosts are unobtrusive but very welcoming, the pool was a very welcome sight for our daughter after a long day travelling and the room excellent. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful stop over

As soon as you see the welcoming faces of les hosts Stephanie and Olivier you know you are in your second home. The inviting swimming pool excites you enough to take a dip even before you get to your ensuite comfortable bedroom, of which there are four modern and spacious rooms.
The breakfast is exceptional -a mixture of a traditional French breakfast with a dash of Stephanie's local additions. Take a walk to see 'les animeaux' - a rescued horse and close friend clementine the goat. And you would like a bike ride? Yes there are bicycles to borrow. Close to the Renaissance city of Fontenay le Comte  and just off the motorway -a rural idyll yet very accessable.  Very reasonable prices!

Excellent service in a tranquil corner

Excellent B&B not far from a major route makes this a good stopover.  Being diabetic (and notified in advance) we appreciated Stephanie's provision of items with low sugar for breakfast. Room was excellent. If you say in the morning or when you book, you can have an evening meal there too, not a bad idea on a Sunday especially as not easy to find a restaurant open! Close to major routes but the location is quiet.
Tres bonne nuit et un excellent petit-dejeuner avec des choses moins sucrees pour nous etant diabetiques. Nous sommes tres reconnaissance vers Stephanie pour nous les avoir achetees. Si vous arriverez un Dimanche soir, ce sera une bonne idee de reserver le matin une place a la table d'hote de  Stephanie et Olivier, car il n'y a pas beaucoup de restaurants ouverts ailleurs. Pas loins de l'autoroute mais dans un endroit calme.

Bonne nuit/Great place for a stopover

Excellent b&b, very welcoming, very clean, reasonable prices, excellent breakfast, authentic place to stay at, with horses in fields around. Comfortable rooms. Well situated, hardly 5 min from the motorway, convenient place to stopover while driving down to the South.
