So when you get into your room you get a smell of grail mixed with a smell of an old locked up dog and you fill your nostrils. The secondary access door (night entrance) gives into a cagibi with a capernaum where you just have room to set your feet, and besides you have to pass through a cloud of about 20 flies stuck on the door. So you get into your room where you lack toilet finally, no paper or toilet or toilet (because it can be useful sometimes) there's no room to put your toilet seat in: it's a beast but the best thing to do is to use the lava to get down to your windows because then you're supposed to have lunch in the normal room.

The staff is very helpful and willing to do their best to satisfy our desires. Really nice. The premises are clean and the restaurant serves very refined dishes. There is room to park the car.

This is a great hotel-restaurant

The wait time is not as long as some critics mention. We should give the chef time to prepare his dishes with fresh produce. For example, arriving at 1 p.m., room full at 75%, extra payment at 2 p.m. for 2 meals. Price ratio, impeccable. This is a step we never miss when we go to the Normandy coast.

Arrived and it looks fine from the window but then you try and get in... Locked at 17:18 on a Saturday in August! Not good. Called the number we had booked on and someone was there in about 5 minutes to let us in then they just left us with some keys. We were alone in their hotel or so we thought. We checked out the restaurant, it was rustic and at first looked ok for an overnight stay. My daughter (3)  wanted to look at the piano so we wandered over and upon passing the tables noticed that what looked like breakfast had not been cleared away. The restaurant was musty and did not smell like you would want to eat there. We walked up a corridor that looked like something out of trainspotting too the mustiest old smokey rooms you can imagine. The pictures on Booking.Com have been air brushed and are no way what we got. I thought ok its one night I'll drawer the curtains and open the windows to let some air in. As I pulled the curtains back 20 odd flies lifted off to greet me. When the insects give you a better welcome than the owners, you know you are in trouble. The lights in the room and my mother-in-law's room were blown and there was no loo roll. We were in this dump a total of 14 minutes. in that time we picked a much better hotel up the road. out the door and cancelled.

More flies than guests, the insects are better hosts though!

A disaster everywhere, NUL reception, SALE room and NO COMFORT, little dej: no croissant, no jam, there was no orange juice....my wife didn't even have lunch!!! I waited 10 minutes for my coffee.
