Disappointed with room it was sold as superior room, it was a double bed and a tv 
The shower head was attached to bath taps so ment holding to wash, which is not easy 
There was a musty smell throughout hotel 
I did complain and was told could upgrade for another €70 to loft which is the standard l would expect, had paid €135 already
Ending on a positive the bed was comfortable

Disappointing stay

We booked this hotel through a golf tour operator and were not expecting much...very accurate expectation.  We were taken to our room, which I quickly said didn't look anything like the pictures and wanted to see another room.  We were then taken to Room 15 which was through the courtyard and in the lower ground floor.  The room itself was spacious and worked really well for a couple on a 4 night golf getaway, with an armchair seating area 4-post bed, ample storage, large bath.  The shower was hand-held annoyingly but you just have to make it work.  Breakfast is just baguette yoghurt and tinned fruit but the staff are very sweet.  Parking is an issue, but during the weekdays and off-season you can park outside the hotel at no charge

Really hard to review this hotel...there were some really good points!

Very unpleasant experience, and felt ripped off. The door/window in the room didn't lock and they knew in advance there was a problem. We asked twice if it was to be fixed and they said it would be, but it wasn't. We were not offered another room, even though (unsurprisingly) there was only one other guest in the hotel. Breakfast was good, though very expensive and served at a coffee table in the lounge - not a dining table. Parking in the town seems very expensive, though that's not the hotel's fault.
Air conditioning didn't work, there was no mini-bar as advertised and no proper shower (a shower head on the bath tap but no shower curtain, so could only squat in the bath.
Definitely  wouldn't stay again. An expensive mistake.

Very unpleasant experience

A disgraceful photo non-conforming radiator d appointment for the room without central heating or a cold bathroom with a shower that leaks from a non-existent reception, no response to the problem.

Zero zero a shame

The hotel is poorly maintained, water leaks, the accessible handicapped room is in really bad condition, the photos on the sites do not reflect the reality of the hotel, 90 euros the room for a 30 January it is still a little expensive with a small lunch has 16 euros more

hotel is not hospitable

I asked the receptionist (who was very kind) to print out an important document from my professional email. He asked me to turn behind the counter since the printer was directly crammed into the computer, I disconnected this one from the hotel and printed my document. I asked him before I did anything, if it caused any trouble to disconnect the email from the hotel and the answer was NO, so I proceeded and then we left the hotel to have dinner with my spouse.

Shouting at customers

We stayed two nights in this hotel, dirty room, curtains falling and holes, gardens full of rocks and debris. Bathroom with a bad bathtub, full of limestone all around, not a single bath mat, two poor towels only holed, crumbled, worn down to the rope. Very expensive lunch, 18 euros the most expensive of our trip and the most reduced, promising photos not conforming, two poor slices of ham, the others had nothing left. The breakfast room a poor reduced one. Pillows in poor condition not possible to have two. Table cloth covered with a king's job.

a quiet hotel

No air conditioning so above 28 degrees it's hell assured, room 16 is on top of a very steep, too steep staircase (not to take with a toddler) dead shower joints not far from the center, not far from the sea but a little expensive anyway, simplistic but correct decor

No weather

Despite their beautiful site, this hotel is a rarely encountered deception. Dirty mock up, HS weather (although planned in the room), no welcome counter (although planned as well), shaky and damaged furniture, dirty windows, falling curtains, stained sheets, naked shower pipe, cracked walls and ceiling infiltrated in SDB, unfixed handkerchief wall box...And TV in constant loss of connection. Very unheated home...After asking the question about the weather, I'm told that it never existed!!!!The device is in the room...I can't say anything more except that my only W-E of the year was wasted.

What do you mean, two stars?

Great room, very comfortable bed. Very welcoming staff, very kind and warm and very attentive! I 100% recommend this hotel!
