Myth driven by success, dirty, smells all over the floor, very badly sounded hotel the managers don 't understand what they're being told they're obviously not made for this job.

This is a miserable hotel.

Nice budget hotel in good proximity to the city center. Small walk from some good bars, lovely bakeries and with good links to the main roads. Lens RC stadium is a 15 minute walk as well. Room was basic with comfy beds.  Shower was OK but the decor could do with some work.  Check in was swift and hassle free. Dont expect the best in the world, but ive stayed at a lot worse.

Get what you pay for

Seeing on Booking, we called and the lady at the reception allowed us to say they were closed because they wanted to enjoy the weekend!! This is shameful for a hotel!!! Fortunately we called before and we didn't book because otherwise we would have found ourselves in front, hotel closed and no hotel and with money gone!

It's disgusting!

In Lens for a business trip, my colleagues and I slept in this hotel for 3 nights. My room was rather comfortable although the condition of the bathroom was left to be desirable. On Wednesday morning, breakfast was served with 30 minutes of delay. Nauseating smells of food dragged through the hotel and sound insulation was poor (you can really hear everything that's going on when my room was on the second floor). The worst part is the very unpleasant reception. To avoid.

Really Not Terrible

Hotel without pretending to be clean with a level of comfort quite right. the only bemool yes, the particularly basic breakfast and the bathroom that has hand washers as a sink

There are beaucoups to say about this hotel two stars my god leaves the unpleasant boss very badly recovered and also a lack of respect then his hallways smell of dirt the dirty room the sheets not very clean then we hear our neighbors have to sit walls like paper the mattress review brief svp this hotel needs to be closed it is held by incompetents!!!I even want to say that boss change jobs......never again

One night in this hotel, friendly boss, average sound insulation and breakfast too expensive (8€) for what is offered.

On the plus side: a comfortable bed, the location was pretty central and parking was free at the weekend, but would have cost during the week. On the negative: the floor hadn't been washed in a while and the 'bathroom' was cramped and hard to use, and you'd need to be on very familiar tems with your travelling companion.

A budget hotel with the bare essentials

By far the worst breakfast in all of France,  it would have been more satisfying to set fire to the 24 euro she charged us for it. Coffee was undrinkable, when we asked for cheese to go with the bread she slammed down a plastic wrapped chunk of processed cheese slices. Appaling. I simply walked away from the table without eating a bite. All online sites stated that a room for 3 would be 49 euro, yet somehow we had to pay 90 euro and an additional 24 euro for the dismal breakfast.  The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious with nice big windows. If you absolutely need a place, I am sure it will never be full, but book online, avoid the matron, DO NOT have the breakfast, at least you will have a comfortable bed. As previoius residents in Europe, and over 30 years of European travel, we have never been this disappointed, who doesn't offer cheese and good coffee in France? Not surpised that there are only 3 rooms of 25 occupied.  Booking online would have been 49 euro for 3 people, by coming as a walk in the price was 90 euro, when we inquired about this we were berated and no explanation was given. We were tired and hungry so just paid the extra. Don't stay here unless desparate.
