Location is good, but other than that the room was very old and dirty.. they told us there was a swimming pool but when we arrived they had closed it with no prior notice or option for cancellation... do not recommend.

Disappointing.

They said there’s wifi. There is no wifi. I don’t enjoy being lied to. Filthy, dirty beds, water in the fridge. Very tiny room overall. Little to no heating, the floor is freezing cold. Beautiful location but awful place.

Liars, Avoid!

Stay at Madame Vacances - Residence Le Parc des Airelles over Christmass 2021 and January 2021 for a ski trip with my family. The location is amazing and couldn't be any better, ski-in/out, and so close to the lifts which is very helpful when you are with kids and like to hit the slopes first thing in the morning. We have an apartment with balcony overlooking the slopes and the ski lift, we could watch our son from the balcony while he was at the ski school.
The residence is in a great location and very easy accessible by car .The apartment was specious and has everything needed in terms of equipment etc., amazing views, very friendly and helpful staff - the Manager Pascal and the team were very hospitable and nothing was too much of a trouble. There's a swimming pool across the road which we did not use because of Covid –but it looks good and is an extra asset.
We all really like the resort as there was so much to do even though we have visited in the middle of COVID .We are looking forward to go back this year and hopefully able to ski .

Fatastic location and great resort and the Pascal team

Came to Les Orres in January for a short trip with my brother. The location couldn't be any better, proper ski-in/out, and so close to the lifts (image is view from balcony).

The residence is great - it's all about the location really, but it also has everything you'd hope for: fantastic views on either side, friendly and accommodating staff - the Manager Pascal and team were very welcoming. The apartments are well equipped, efficiently arranged and represent fantastic value for money. In the lobby there's some TVs with all sorts of games consoles, and other games which is a nice touch, and there's a swimming pool across the road. 

The resort itself is fantastic, and offers an interesting alternative to the more mainstream resorts further north. The skiing is fantastic, with something for all abilities, and plenty to keep an intermediate entertained for a week. As  you'd expect there's no shortage of entertainment either, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the parc des airelles.

Fantastic accomodation

I had a super stay at this residence with my brother. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, clean and comfortable, with a brilliant view over the pistes. 
The manager Pascal and his team were incredibly kind and welcoming, and made sure to give us a warm welcome. 
If you're looking to ski, these apartments could not be better located. We could have jumped from the balcony onto the piste, and were in a stones throw of the first lift. 
Les Orres is a great little resort too, with some fabulous pistes, and amazing views, and much better value for money than the northern french alps!
We will be back!

Fantastic Apartments, wonderful team, unbeatable location!

We have spent a week in Madame Vacances, amazing place. Ski lift was like 10 meters from our place, rooms were nice and clean, great hospitality, especially thanks to Pascal.
Les Orres offers beautiful surrounding, lot of sunny days and empty slopes.

great location

After 1000 kilometers we finally come in this place. Apartment was very dirty and before we start to use or touch anything we have to clean all apartment. My son went a reception and ask for vacuum cleaner and girl on reception ask why, when he explain her that our apartment is very dirty she just gave him a vacuum cleaner and leave us to clean all the apartment. 
The dishes is in poor condition, cooker was dirty and my wife lost half our to clean it.
Thear are no plates for soup.
WC was so dirty, but we cleaned up and after that was for using.
On bads was so many hairs, lot of other dirts but we cleaned up and after that was OK. We was very happy that we took our sheets.
In living room is sofa in very bad condition. Sofa covers was so dirty that we rent bad sheets to we can use it. All the pillows in grey color was very dirty so we moved tham from sofa after we put  on sofa bad sheets. One of part of bad sheet was with full of holes... sixteen euro....
We rent towels and their was realy OK.
It is so sad because this place in front of slopes, you need one minute to first lift, fantastic position. Furniture is OK but unfortunately is no-maintained and not clean enough every time after using and now is alredy in bad condition.
Slopes are perfect, all the ski runways was perfect in the morning and on the afternoon, the view on the mountains when you are on the top of the hills is something beautiful! But bitter taste stay in side of us because of this dirts in side of apartment. We didnt get deposit, nobody ask us, but we clean apartment just because somebody have to do it one time on right way and also that other family which will come dont feel so bad like we when we come. 
And on the end we come on the reception day before leavining and agree with girl on reception for time when somebody will come and see is it evertyhing OK with apartment, agreed time was 8:30 AM but nobody come to 9:30 and I just put keys on empty reception and leave the beautiful Les Orres and this sad place with big potential.

The snow was amazing this year, we had been looking at the webcams. Pascal, Max and the team have the place looking great and working hard to keep everybody happy. The games behind the desk for families to borrow is a great idea and all the screens with games in the foyer keep the kids happy.

Annual Christmas ski trip

We just came back from the wonderfull skiing week with 4 children aged 5 to 15. We were very satisfied with the accomodation. The appartment was big enough (we have been in places in France, where there was realy hardly enough space for all of us) with good arrangement of the rooms. We always bring our own sheets, but the quality of mattraces was good. We like the wiew oposite to the slopes as we would get the afternoon sun. The children enyojed the pool in the building across the road and the childrens corner. We don’t mind cleaning at the end if we can save 80€ (what you have to pay in Austria, no matter how clean you leave the place behind!). 
We didn’t expect the place to be perfect, so we were more than satisfied for what we got. It certainly is good value for money and I got the feeling they are trying to improve their offer.  

We plan to come back next year!

Enjoyable week in les Orres

We had great time. Thank you all friendly staff. We recommend this place. Nice location just near slope, swimming pool and sauna free in oposite residence was ok. Kids corner perfect. Next year we come again ⛷️
