A very good stay for this sales round! A very good welcome from the hosts who were very thoughtful and kind. They gave us valuable advice on how to visit the city in the best conditions. Breakfast is very good, cozy and friendly. The room and bathroom were especially clean (but I'm hard!). We will be happy to come back when we pass through the area! A dream stay

Super welcome. The owner's wise advice that makes us appreciate having chosen a hostel. The property's location is ideal for going to the sea, walking, or just strolling. The house has a sublime garden, the rooms are spacious, well decorated and clean. The lunch is very good with local produce, fruits, wineries, house cake... Everything is made to feel at home. Thank you to the owners for the stay.

Stay for 3 days

We spent three nights in the full south room. The reception is very warm, you feel really good in this room, very clean and tastefully decorated. Special mention for the garden which is beautiful and very well maintained. Very good and cozy lunch. A kitchen is available and allows you to eat on the terrace overlooking the garden.

Very warm welcome

My husband and I stayed here on the first night of our holidays en route to Il de Re. From the moment we arrived we were looked after like special guests. Our room was beautifully appointed and we had a little terrace to ourselves. The garden was delightful and we enjoyed discussing with Jacques the plants and how he had created such a haven. David and Jacques gave us great advice about where to go and what to see and where to eat. This made our 24 hours in Les Sables d Olonne a holiday in itself. The breakfast was simply wonderful, from the homemade green tea and raspberry cake, to the fresh orange juice and homemade preserves, everything was delicious. We can't wait to return to Un Jardin sur La Dune.

Simply wonderful!

Great stay, super hosts who both really went the extra mile, great location. The only thing you need to be aware of that this location is quite far from the port and the boat to the other part of Les Sables. A bike really is useful, also to experience the Sables surroundings. We did not drive our car at all here, no use. Wifi could be optimised. But it will be as far as we understood.

We never experienced such a warm atmosphere

We enjoyed our stay at 'un jardin sur la dune' from the very first to the very last minute. David and Jacques create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Spacious, modern rooms around a lovely garden.
Situated in the calm, residential neighbourhood of La Chaume. Surrounded by la côte sauvage.
A 10 minute walk plus a one minute boat trip take you to where it's all happening.
We're on a 3 month biking trip in France, and have seen over 30 B&B's. Un jardin sur la dune is certainly among the top 5.
